The Rooms are Suffocating, Currently Putting up in this hotel and staff is just not cooperative. No single guest except my family, made a huge mistake booking this hotel.

Good food, courteous staff, should start serving food on the roof top.

Beautiful n eye warming view from the suite rooms n wonderful hospitality with the quick services even in being too rushy… food was awesome beautiful decor of the hotel n their rooms.

Unprofessional staff. Checkin done at 3:15 pm and reception staff excuse was we r overbooked. They charged rs 171 for the baby bottle milk as many 4 or 5 star hotels dnt charge for baby milk. Housekeeping dnt pick the call and reception takes almost 30 mins if u need anything.

Lovely, environment friendly and creative decor. Good location, good food and the staff is cordial too. Bathroom was excellent but d room was not thoroughly clean. The hotel is good but overpriced.

I would give 5 Star to my stay. We came to visit from US with two kids. My son is on gluten free diet and I was very worried about the quality of food. I was very satisfied because the breakfast buffet had lot of options including continental, South and North Indian, Also very impressed with the decor. Spa and swimming pool are nice and clean, The bathrooms were amazingly clean which tells a lot. They took care of our comfortable and enjoyable stay in Mussoorie. The hotel is right at the edge of Mall Road, one of the main attractions of Mussoorie. Overall I couldn’t have asked for more.

Though the hotel is very good but I was really very depressed with the chef in hotel. I should say very very poor cooking. I didnt liked even a single dish from the menu. Anyways hotel situation is perfect and rooms are also good.

A great place to visit. Stayed there for 2 days. Ambience is absolutely stunning, Attic rooms are beautifully designed. New concept rooms with wooden stairs to addition space. Will recommend to everybody who are planning to visit Mussoorie.

This was sometime about 3 months back when I visited Mussoorie, we were very sceptical looking for rooms last minute but then we found out about mosaic, not only were the rooms clean, the pricing was fanatastic and the view was pretty great too. We stayed in the valley facing rooms and trust me it was something you would want to wake up to specially on a vacay! Recommending this place for view, accessibility, food and service! Thumbs up!

I wish if I can rate them 0. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights 20th & 21st of May2018 paying Rs37000 for 2 couples and 1 child. One day before check-in, I got a call from their manager Mr. Ranjan. He said, “ sir we are overbooked, but we can shift you to our competitor hotel the golden plam. ”…
… Are you serious? Overbooked? How …
and you are shifting your customer to your own competitor … lol
Please upgrade your booking page. Lets come to hotel experience after check in 1. No welcome drink or water served at reception (please check your cctv cameras) 2. Gave us duplex rooms without our permission/booking and our child got injured because of stairs. 3. No toiletery items provided (please check our calling details with your staff for this) even conditioner bottle was sticked. 4. Room view window’s handle was broken. 5. Small rooms with slow lifts. 6. Breakfast is not upto mark of 4 star hotels. 7. No liquor licence for roof top bar cum cafe or whatever they call it. 8. Housekeeping is very slow they came after 4-5 hours but their IRD service is quick. It means order something and get your work done with the guy who brought your order. 9. General manager called my brother at the time of check out after he posted his reviews about hotel and asked for settlement.

A very nice hotel. Right in the heart of Mussorie. The reception was good, rooms are clean with all facilities. The staff is polite and courteous. I loved the place and would stay again…

I am forced to give 1 star rating as there is no option lower than this. Apart from the property, nothing was good about our stay here. Utterly poor service they have … I had to call them twice or thrice every time for anything I wanted to have … In my opinion the receptionist/supervisor has not been trained enough because of his foul behaviour towards us… While booking the rooms they promised facilities which they could not provide during the stay… they just try n make a fool out of u by giving lame excuses! In a nutshell, one opts for a holiday to enjoy oneself n b stress free … rather hotel mosaic staff n service made our trip pathetic n much more stressful!

The Mall Road is at the walking distance from the hotel However you have to hire a taxi if you want to go Laal Tibba or Chaar Dukaan. Roads : If you are not comfortable with serpentine roads of mountains just like me, you may look for other alternatives. Hotel : Since the hotel is nearly at the top of Mussoorie, it gives you a very exotic mountain view. Rooms are fine.

It's a beautiful property with good location n comfortable rooms.! Connectivity to mall room is main plus point of this hotel. It's duplex room is Awsum. We stayed with our kids n really had good tym. Temperature maintained pool is also attraction of Mosaic.

Nice hotel at right place, connecting to Mall Road and it is on a walking distance. You need not to take spl car to roam around. I totally recommend this hotel for stay.

Nice property very close to the city centre. More for a family visit. Lots of amenities available with a mesmerized sun set and sun rise view.

Awesome awesome property with courteous staff. Close to Mall road entry. Manager Anurag is highly recommeded for Hospitality industry. He made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was mouth watering. The property is cozy and beautiful. The food at My shop close to hotel was excellent too. Chinese restaurant Kalsang is outstanding for chinese and tibetan cusine. Lovely omelette is one of its kind.

Too good rooms. Really contemporary… not your everyday holiday stay… and very charming staff.

Small and conjusted, for God sake don't try their food. Though quite affordable.

Multiple issues below. 1. In the non valley view room, the view we got was the hotels diesel power generator unit bang opposite our window. And their staff would roam around doing their chores and could directly peep into our room. Simply horrible experience. In a 7.5k per night hotel room you should never have to put up with such a lousy view and lack of privacy. 2. Located directly on the filthy mall road without any hotel compound or garden. 3. Indoor swimming pool feels like a pool of stagnant water. Completely motionless and dark. 4. Leakages in bathroom. Bathing water comes out of the bathing enclosure messing the entire bathroom. 5. Food priced exorbitantly. Example: A sandwich in their menu cost Rs 496 + taxes extra. These are 5 star prices in a 2.5 star hotel. Hence we never had food in their restaurant except the breakfast included in package. 6. There is small kids room for kids to play board games. But for some reason they insist on closing it down at 8 pm. 7. In breakfast, only North Indian dishes were good. South Indian dishes were poorly prepared on most occasions. 8. In bedroom there was no side table on one side to keep your belongings like specs, mobile, etc. Caused inconvenience.

Totally disaapointed. There is no variety of food in buffet. Water tanks are at Back side of room And service of waiters is from back side of room we cant open the window of room. No privacy in room becoz of service.

No warm water in swimming pool kids are really dissapointed and in dinner buffet there are no starters we make request at reception but the attendant ignore our request.

We went for a 2-day trip to Mussoorie and stayed at Hotel Mosaic here. The staff is extremely courteous & the room service is real quick. They also surprise you by upgrading your rooms; we booked 2 Attic rooms & 3 deluxe rooms and they upgraded us to 5 Attic rooms. The rooms were really pretty, especially the view-rooms. The staff was really nice and were very quick with all of our issues. They have this amazing lawn as well! Swimming pool and kids' room were like brownie points. The food was nice too. We had an amazing time here. Would strongly recommend this hotel!

The view of this hotel is fantastic… And restaurant is also very beautiful. If you ever want to feel relax and want to spend good time and want to make good memories just came here.
