I wish I could give lesser stars… However the stars are usually given for good food and hospitality… if I had to give more stars… then the hotel would be 5 stars for below 1) egoistic manager 5 stars 2) Rude behaviour of staff 5 stars 3) Arguments with customer 6 stars / 5 stars The list can go on… if you are looking for a short stay in Dehradun and a small place with good ambience and great hospitality then DONOT go to this place… hospitality comes first for a hotel… with the staff and the manager that they currently have I can only see them go with the motto "customer comes last" WORST experience ever in our lives! Just hope others DONOT have to go through the same experience.
This hotel is situated just near ballupur Highway. Rooms are spacious well groomed. Parking space is not much but still ok. Staff is polite. Service is fast. Furniture is polished and new. Elevators is provided.
