Place is nice and spacious bt They didn't provide oyo kit and they dont have their own restaurant and the receptionist insisted on giving 3 or more rating before checking out.
Dear OYO Representative, I am sorry to say that our experience with OYO for stay at Mithla spiritual stay is worst. We can neer imagine, that Oyo can hire such cheap property. Under such conditions I shall never prefer any one for OYO rooms. 1. Check in was not available up to 1.00pm 2. There were no towels in the room, after demand they supplied only one towel per room. I think that towal was also not properly washed. 3. Breakfast horrible was it sured to people of backward area? 4. No lift service. 5. No restaurant in the hotel they provide from outside. What will be quality of food when it will come from out side and takes atleast 15 min. To come from restaurant to hotel. You can not chew the chapati, naan etc. 6. I ordered tea then a person brought tea in a plastic bag and poured in two paper disposable cups. Imagin the situation a person bringing tea in polythene bag… 7. Wash rooms were not cleaned propels. we wasted money by doing booking with you. your good self is requested not to cheat not to cheat the costumers in this way. warm regards M. K. Gupta.
