A very nice hotel with very nice food.

Staff is slow and don't have medical kit bad expireance.

Good location and staff is friendly and supportive, food is also delicious.

It was overall very nice experience Loved it.

All good facilities, great food,, clean and modern.

Our experience at the place wasn't very praiseworthy. Breakfast was to be served till 10:15 am which was not informed earlier at the reception or by any staff. At the time of check out, we were charged Rs. 3540 extra for the "free" Wi-Fi facility. The Mac ids of our mobiles which they provided as a proof were also incorrect.

Very poorly maintained. Ac doesn’t work. No valet. Broken kettles. Slow and lousy checkin. The travel desk is useless. They don’t even have/ provide any local visits information. Overall a very poor experience.

No sound proofing when they are having banquets. Annoying base vibrating ur windows. 3rd floor disaster… dirty old bedding. Unacceptable… unacceptable. Aftrt travelling for an entire day… 3 hours of thounding base in ur room… cant do this?

Spacious Room. Beautiful ambience. We are lucky as our backdrop has a view of Gaushala. It gives immense pleasure looking towards a scenic beauty of various cows in a bunch.
Staff is friendly and cooperative. I recommend highly. Pls do visit.

Worst ever Sarovar Portico I have ever stayed. I stayed in Room No 405 on 3rd Feb. Basic amenities were missing … You will die calling reception for basic amenities like water / newspaper. No friendly staff Will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst service, worst staff.

So I recently visited the hotel and the hotel is quite nice. so starting point wise PROS 1) the atmosphere is pleasant and their is smell of aroma in whole hotel. 2) room service was quite good and fast. 3) rooms were spacious 4) food was good and morning breakfast gives you a large variety of options CONS 1) they have only 1 type of standard room although on their site they show 3 types of rooms, but actually they have only one type which include a double bed, 2 sofas. Mini bar, chair, table, and bath shower (no bath tub) 2) they were not ready to decrease a single penny in ANYTHING which according to me doesn't suit to local people (that is in or around vrindavan) because we went to other good hotels in vrindavan as well and they do provide extra discounts. 3) although in pics on their website they have showed a lot of products in bathroom but in actually they only provide us with body lotion and shower cap NOW PRICING WHICH THEY CHARGED ME i took 2 rooms with double occupancy each and they cost me 3500/ — each room with inclusive of breakfast and in buffet dinner they charged 600/ — per person so atlast I would say that It Is a good hotel and deserves atleast a visit for once.

The only high end place with amazing food in Vrindavan. Most of the hotels in Vrindavan are pretty basic but this one is nicely made, with pretty good staff and nice restaurant. Definitely recommended, for its location and overall nice vibe!

Looks beautiful from the outside. The rooms are average and mostly just above par. It doesn't compare to most of other hotels in the same chain. The bathroom left me most disappointed. Dirty non white looking hand towels. No soap. There is just one restaurant. The food is decent. But there isn't much choice and mostly the same food everyday on offer in the buffet.

I liked it so much. The food in the boufey was so tasty the rooms are so nice and comfy and the best thing is the hotel management and the staff they are so polite. I had zero problems in that hotel.

Our stay at Vrindivan Sarovar Portico was made all the more memorable by AARTI and PAWAN the restaurant staff with their wonderful hospitality. They were really true to their profession. Though the hotel needs to improve on few counts like their beddings were dirty n stained, the thali which they had boldly advertised at the entrance was not available, also I think few employees lacked the professionalism which is expected from the staff of such a reputed brand.

Ambiance was great… Nice food… And quite surrounding…

At my last trip to this hotel was too much dissapointing. As number of dissapointments were faced by us. 1) Air Conditioners were not working in proper conditions. 2) There were no variety in buffet. 3) Food service was pathetic. 4) Took lot of time in cooking the ordered food at the restaurent. 5) Poor Power supply. As voltage was fluctuating again & again. There were blackouts occuring in the hotel at short intervals. 6) Lifts stopped in between 2nd & 3 rd floor because power supply was interrupted again & again.

The hotel is very clean and neat and the waythey receive people is good food is tasty.

I always like this restaurant always surprise me with their special decoration and activities at their in-house restaurant. Food is very tasty and you also they also organise some live band which is very rarely In a Brindavan.

This is an awesome property, staff is very cooperative and they carry a smile which gives you a feel good. Food is awesome and considering our veg food spread is also very good. They have a nice spa, gym and kids room. One thing they need to improve is parking area.

Total waste. The hotel experience was totally contrary to the reviews existing on MMT. The worst part was the buffet… very less variety and taste less food specially bakery items. On top of that breakfast buffet was cleared before 10:30 while the timing were till 10:30. Now the main reason for writing this review is to file a complaint against Ms Ankita & Mr Vinod who r there to resolve guests prob whereas the were totally rude & indifferent towards us. They don’t deserve to be in hospitality business I am hereby uploading video on YouTube in which one can see cleared buffet just after 5 min of our arrival, even after informing them that we will be there before 10:20. Moreover the toiletries were below standard pls pls never to opt for this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay… peaceful location and approachable to banke bihari… good hospitality and delicious food. But mineral water supply to be liberal as routine water tastes salty.

The room I was in similar to studio room without a kitchen. Things are perfectly arranged and room is quite spacious. Cleanliness was a plus. It is a 3 star place thus the rates were higher than usual, and the quality indeed was very good. There is room service and bell boy available. As per the location, as of now the place is not in a crowded area. Cons is the parking facility is on the lower side, no valet parking is available. Pro is that due to open area all round parking can be done easily outside the hotel. Google directions work well (if the road are not blocked by the police for some reason). Hotel staff is quite friendly and ready to listen & fulfil your needs if its legitimate.

We really had a bad experience during diner time when we found that the staff was really rude. In the dining area you did not have an option of A La Carte and we did not want to take the buffet. The rooms were decent. Slightly out of the way property but guess it’s one of the best in Mathura Nice and decent rooms. Did not have a swimming pool which was a setback too.

It Is One of the best hotels in the area to take as a base to visit all the places where you moved and lived Krishna. The food is good. The employees are friendly and are always outstanding to meet the needs of the passengers.

The best among the one closest to Prem Mandir and ISCKON. Good ambience and a good location, however very congested parking space. The gatekeeper seems to have forgotten the basic protocol of a 4-star hotel property. Ambient lobby and smooth checkin process. Housekeeping seems to lack the hospitality. Very limited food buffet variety but still tastes good. Staffs are friendly but still don't meet the standards of 4-star. There is great scope of improvement.

Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained with all modern amenities. Staff is extremely cooperative. Location is bit remote and gives you a pleasant experience and a feel of being close to nature. Stay is worth and since it's remote one should plan transportation accordingly as location is not in range of app based cabs.

My sister and I went on a Pilgramage to Vrindavan in 2016. We spent 9 days at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico. It was a home away from home. We received a hearty welcome by the staff. From day one we lacked for nothing. They have a very hard-working staff who made sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were met. Our room was very spacious, beddings were replaced, and toiletries were supplied daily. We had no maintenance or any problems whatsoever during our stay. Our sincere thanks goes to Dhara Singh, who is the Executive Housekeeper. He runs his Dept in an excellent manner. Hats off for the management staff, the dining staff and all the others who make Nidhivan Sarovar Portico in Vrindavan an excellent hotel.
Our stay at this hotel is a very memorable one. I therefore, recommend Nidhivan to all my friends or anyone visiting.

After several reminders for diverting the guests to the banquet and not the the bridal room, we still had several guests being directed towards the bridal room.
A big day of my life had flaws because of the lack of communication amongst the staff during handovers.

A premier wedding venue in Vrindavan, I felt the banquet and lawn were a little small in size which may not be sufficient for accommodating large groups.

Definately one of the best place to stay here in Vrindavan. Service is really very good, property is v nice. Cosy rooms with good view of fields, its close to Prem Mandir and ISCKON. Food was delicious and pure veg.

This is till date my best hotel stay in Vrindavan. Very comfortable room/ washrooms and nice lobby. Restaurant food is good, we had two dinners there. Buffet breakfast is fine, ample veg choices. Excellent staff and best part is the location, away from the crowded areas of Vrindavan.

I am glad that I settled for Nidhivan among various other hotels in Vrindavan near Iskcon Temple. It is located in a serene environment, which is soothing enough to calm your mind and soul and find peace among the daily mundane lifestyle. It also has mentionably largest banquet facilities in the city and contemporary dining options.

Claim to be a Five-Star is far. But it's a decent hotel. No cons about the place.

Accompanied my elderly parents to Vrindavan and stayed in Nidhivan Sarovar Portico. I cannot with to share that this hotel is the best among all the other hotels near prem mandir vrindavan and is quite impressive. With a delicious complimentary breakfast and great ambience interior, the superior rooms made our stay utmost comfortable and worthy.

Nidhivan’ features the best dining restaurant in Vrindavan and is a great option for families seeking a comfortable stay at a close proximity to the Iskon. This hotel justifies if your criteria is to get yourself a break from the mundane life of city hussle-bustles. The staff is extremely hospitable and the food was mentionable brilliant, making this trip really smooth for us.

Visited Vrindhavan with my aged parents last winter and must say that Nidhivan is one of the best hotels near Iskcon Vrindavan. I wanted the distance to be as short as possible from the hotel to the Iskon, along with making the stay as comfortable as home. There are multiple banqueting options with health centers for emergency cases. Honestly, Nidhivan fulfilled it all.

I visited Nidhivan at Vrindavan 2 weeks back with family. We had a wonderful overnight stay there, which to be honest I wasn't expecting. The rooms were wonderful and clean and the channels were very well picked. The food to my absolute surprise was brilliant. All the meals that I had there were thoroughly enjoyed. I think it's great that someone brought this level of comfort into a place like Vrindavan, thereby attracting more and more people to visit a holy place as great as this.
