Good hotel with great staff.

My friend and I visited Agra and spent a girlfriends time at the Marriott for two days. We had the best of time staying there. The decor was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, friendly staff, great food and had a great time! Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience.

Hello Courtyard By Marriott Agra Hotel Staff was very nice. His way of speaking was very good. The hotel was clean, the location was good, the rooms were very quiet, the food of the momo cafe was very tasty.

I Book 3 Room On 17/4/21 To 19/4/21 For Birthday Celebration. They Failed To Commite To Decorate The Room For Birthday After Conversation About 4-5 Times. But Did Not Get Proper Reply & Spoiled Our Day. Hotel Staff Does Not Have Proper Communication Between Them. Hotel Services Are Also Very Poor. Foreign Guest Are More Important Than Indian Guests.

Swimming pool view from rooms. Play area was good, it could have some more games though. Large area for big functions.

I would recommend anyone visiting Agra to do consider Courtyard by Marriott. 1. Chef Hardeep gave good food both at dinner and Breakfast time. He went above n beyond to make me feel special 2. The courtyard area and pool was amazing 3. Peaceful property walking distance from the Taj.

We came here to celebrate my birthday thr. And the way each and every staff treated us it was just Wow.
Right from the entry point everyone wished me. Mr Rajeev n Ms Surbhi greeted us with bouquet n upgraded our room which was highly courteous.
As soon as we entered the room. Bam. One more surprise was waiting for us. Our suit was decorated with balloons n cards. A yummy surprise cake was waiting for us. They left a sweet note too.
Right from the check in to check out there were so many such moments.
We want to thank Mr Rajeev, Ms Surbhi, Mr Sanjay Rawat, Mr Kamal, Mr Ajay, Mr Utkarsh, Karan n other guy who decorated our room n each every staff of hotel to make our stay amazing.

We had a great time at Courtyard, kids enjoyed alot…Love everything about the property, will love to visit and stay again…Good luck Team Courtyard.

This is our second time to come back to this hotel and we love it! The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are quite spacious and the amenities are great. Everything is really clean too. Raju at the bar is fantastic. He knows our preferences and his service is great. Sagar at the bar is attentive and great too. Ahmed at the front desk greeted us so nicely and made us feel so welcome. Kapil always makes our day by making us smile and making us feel so welcomed here. Surbhi at the front desk is very polite. Chef Sardar, Chef Hardeep, Chef Binay, and Neha always greet us with a smile at breakfast and they know our preferences us too. Overall, this is a great hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Our first experience with Marriott and it was pathetic. The check in was 2hours late and we did not receive our luggage for another 2 hours. They have very slow service. We were expecting a pleasant experience but it was a total disappointment.

I Stayed in the hotel with my family for two nights, really wonderful ambience, rooms are big and spacious, but didn't get pool side room due to non availability. Chef Binay Bhardwaj arrange agra special dishes for us and made us happy at breakfast but Restaurant Front desk lady makes us uncomfortable for getting seat. Rest staff of Property is just amazing, all welcome us so warm and carried smile on their faces everytime. One minus point is Swimming Pool Water, very unclean. Although it's a good and perfect stay in Courtyard by Marriott.

I was nicely impressed that they were able to add to the Courtyard by given it a local flavour and as such making it more of an upscale (Marriott hotel) experience. The front desk, management and restaurant staff were great so now complaints at all. We had two different types of adjoining rooms. Upon departure we did have (minor) slip-up, as the cleaning staff had used the wet-dry carpet cleaning machine and did not know or realize that the moisture was also on the marble as you transitioned from the hall to the elevator landing. Both my 12-year son and myself slipped and landed on our backs, with our bags lying all around. My son his left leg got stuck diagonally on the right side of his back and he hid his head on the floor. The spa staff came running to assist and wanted to massage his legs. Once I carefully checked him, I was able to roll him over and get him up. I then proceeded to ask for some bathmaths and towels and placed them on the marble to avoid having others experience the same. I think that this issue can be resolved in future with a little bit of training or explanation from the management to the staff about the fall-hazard. It was not the cleaner his fault. As the hotel and staff were great overall I would definitely go back.

I could have waited till our checkout to write this review but the rude attitude of some people of the team is forcing me to write this now. We are a group of 21 people. Booked 10 rooms 3 months in advance. Yesterday they called up and asked us about our check in time and we said 12 noon. Now, it’s 2:15 pm… most of guests (some of them over 70 years of age) are sitting in the lobby or are cramped in the vaguely alloted scattered few rooms they gave us as a favour. Special mention to a certain Mr. Vinayak Tiwari on the front desk for his arrogance.

I always find the hotel very lively… Great staff and excellent service. Rooms are nice specially the terrace room. Could have a small group of friends to sit together. Spa is nice.

The location of the property is good. The staff is very courteous, cooperative and accomodating. The rooms are well maintained, well equipped and clean. The hotel is good for both business and leisure stays. Gym, spa and activities rooms are a nice addition.

A very warm & friendly hospitality by the staff. Only issue which I personally didn't like was the Buffet menu @ dinner. They need to change it for a better dining experience. Otherwise, rooms, staff, safety, parking, pool etc are good.

A lovely hotel that would make your stay in Agra memorable. The food whether for dinner or breakfast was very delicious. In addition to the staff members who put all their efforts for people's comfort.

Worst service I have ever seen. It's a joke o In the name of customer service. The pool ends before it starts. The changing rooms are worse than government made toilets. Guests entering the pool without taking a shower and no one to stop them from doing so. A. C. Not working in the common areas, and no action taken even after pointing it out. The staff at the FD was least responsive. They just didn't care. The only positive — Food was nice and the menu elaborate. The only plus point. I had to stay two days… but changed to Jaypee Palace a day after.

Located at a good location, very silent surroundings, good big spacious rooms with real quick room service. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Gym is very well equipped and is more than enough if you are a fitness freak on vacation. Not visited SPA as it was very expensive (3200/ — INR) in a place like Agra. Pool is not too deep but big enough to have a small pool party of around 50 people. Morning breakfast has ample dishes and is very delicious too. In room order of food is little expensive however quantity is enough and again is delicious. Hope you also have a good stay. Cheers.

Half of my money was stolen from my room from inside my bag. Be extra careful. Put out the do not disturb and only allow staff in when you are there. And/or use the security deposit box but I am not sure how safe those are as I heard stories about them being opened easily. Otherwise it's a good hotel but this incident totally ruined it for us. Thank god their staff didn't steal our passports. Also in India police will never help a foreigner tourist in a situation like this as they will prefer to protect their own people.

I was here for Toastmasters District 41 oration, 2018 and all in all this place is a good value for money. Beginning from security, you are scanned and so is your luggage right at the gate for your own safety. The securty check is followed by a warm traditional welcome. The check in was swiftly done while we waited in the lobby with fresh juice. The rooms are big, the staffs are well trained, the queries are well addressed and a lot of friends from all over the north India, Nepal, Bangladesh and few other parts of the world. The ambiance, the food, the soft traditional music played in the lobby that replaces the modern day speakers and songs made the entire experience special. I would absolutely recommend Courtyard by Marriott in Agra.

Luxurious property. Well maintained. And the best thing in all is the hospitality. What an amazing experience. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but the hospitality here I got is the far best till yet. Soon will visit this place. 101% recommended.

Do I need to tell you guys what Marriott is? Well It's a 5-Star Hotel with all the amenities and One of the very Famous Hotels of Agra. Rooms are available at relative prices and It's a must go Hotel. I loved it very much. But Whatever has advantages, it seeks disadvantages too. In it's seasonal timings you better book your rooms before your arrival in the city unless you want long wait time and long queues. Food is delicious and Pricing of the food and beverages or even water is quite high as it is a 5-Star Hotel. You'll enjoy your stay here…!

I went there for a business meeting where I look convention hall. It looks beautiful and great and I took dinner there as well service was very good. I found everything great.

Rooms are modern, clean and cozy. Staff is excellent. Enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast. Food is great. Overall a great experience.

Everything from the atmosphere, service, food are top notch. They helped me arrange transport to visit different attractions in Agra… Devendra my chauffeur is incredibly helpful. Location though you can't really go anywhere without taking the car, there was nothing around the hotel not even a bite… I had to eat at the hotel for dinner and breakfast but fortunately the restaurant prices were reasonable.

Very good hospitality at the hotel. Very good behaviour of staff. I really enjoyed the live music and it’s one of the best that I have ever come across. My stay here was a pretty good experience.

A good hotel near to Taj. Staff are friendly and they serve descent food. There are local shows like puppet show, and locals playing musical instruments during the evening. The room ambiance can be improved a bit, when compared to other Marriott properties.

An awesome property only 10 minutes away from the Taj complex. The rooms are well kept and the staff and service is emaculate. The Indian restaurant Anise serves delicious food and the ambience is perfect. It also serves Sheesha. The only thing that needs improvement is that while the rooms are well decorated, the mini bar was empty and there were no bathrobes in the room. Definite must visit hotel during our next stay at Agra.

We had booked 3 rooms in December 2017 thinking the rooms are standard as all Marriott! Unfortunately the room was dirty, had to call room service to vacuum the floor and clean the bathroom (the carpet all stained) totally unexpected for a Marriott I have stayed in so many locations in USA and never seen anything like this. I never write reviews but thought this is important, when on vacation u need the standard if it’s cooperate owned! Also despite getting the package for breakfast we were being charged and when questioned was informed that reservation Somehow missed the package inclusion! The management should be better for this location! I would not recommend or stay at this particular location!

Beautiful hotel in the Tajganj area. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool, unfortunately I did not get time to use it. The breakfast spread had plenty of options for both Veg and Non-veg.

Good rooms… Loved the hospitality… House keeping should be more responsive… The breakfast menu was almost the same during both the days that we stayed there.

Too many vendors in the hotel. We couldn't pass from our room to the dining room without someone pressuring us to buy something. The room was comfortable, but there were weddings galore going on outside, so music was playing late into the night. We didn't get good sleep at all.

Highly Disappointed with this Marriott! They need to learn how to be more transparent in the way they deal with their customers! We reached their hotel after almost a half days journey to understand that the hotel is full and we were diverted to some other hotel, which we had not heard off … but that is not the point … they kept on saying that they had a system failure due to which this happened … which again I do not want to believe as there were ppl checking in when we were seated in the lobby. We had called them earlier in the day to mention our arrival time and the operator confirmed the same … there sure was something these guys were trying to hide … not sure if I will book or recommend Marriott to any of my family and friends again!

I had been to this place for my recent business meeting. Nice hotel with polite staff who provides you with excellent hospitality. My foreigner friends had good time here. They liked the cuisine served by the chef.

Highly recommend this property. The outdoor restaurant is very elegant. Entire property is well appointed. Rooms are nice. Really enjoyed it.

We had AP plan which means that all three meals were included with the room rent. We had 5 buffet meals: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and two dinners. Food was tasty and healthy. What the resturant lacked was variation in food items from one dinner to other and one breakfast to other. However, I should add they made it up by providing exceptionally great service. Pravir, my waiter in the restaurant, was probably the best waiter I ever encountered. He can give lesson on hospitality to anyone in the world.

An Oasis within the chaotic Agra. Chic decor and good sized rooms, however service could be improved. For example, the hotel only provides you with private car services, and won't call you a taxi. Btw Uber does not operate in Agra, so either you take the super overpriced transport from the hotel, or you are on your own walking on the street and finding a rickshaw, (which by the way, I recommend, they are much service oriented)

Living up to it's name, this place is the best in its class. Every little detail is taken care of, right from the entry to the exit, giving its customers the top most priority makes one feel worth of being here. Won't describe the rooms or services because the name itself says it all and doesn't lower it standard ever. If you come to Agra, do visit.

Courtyard by Marriott Agra has a 5-star listing but the property and services fit more into a 3-star profile. It is located conveniently close to the Taj. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool is very small and becomes very crowded in the evening. The buffet breakfast is decent but has almost no change from one morning to the next. The staff js courteous but doesn't seem habitual of handling too many guests at a time with a rush translating to delays in housekeeping, room service and essentially all other services. Recommended in regular days. Avoid during days expected to bring in a rush!

One of the best stays in Marriott I've had. The staff are very hospitable and the experience was nothing short of awesome. We even got a free room upgrade. Being a gold member, I also had access to the lounge and breakfast. If you want a royal experience in Agra, this is the place to stay!

Great American way of hospitality. Food at MoMo cafe is wonderful. Serves a large variety. The support staff at the cafe is wonderful. Special Thanks to Ms Archana for her most courteous and helping nature. Room upkeep and maintainence were fabulous. Beds were most comfortable compared to many hotels I've been in. The pool is amazing. Overall a true 5 star experience. Thanks Marriott group.

If you like your 5 star hotels slick, modern and elegant then the Courtyard is for you. Our stay here was perfect. The pool? Lovely. The cocktails? Strong. The food? Delicious (I love an Indian breakfast! ). We particularly liked the Anise restaurant, the ambience, all naked flames and sitar music, was a real highlight. All this and then the sights of Agra itself barely 10 minutes away. Splendid.

Beautiful hotel, and amazing staff. The staff at the restaurant were simply incredible. They made our stay enjoyable, they were warm, friendly, and they treated us like family. They made special dishes for us — local cuisine. Our stay at the Marriott Agra was memorable and we highly recommend anyone to stay there. Wonderful experience!

Brand new, luxurious hotel. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We had several meals here and all were delicious, often including complimentary "extras" like little serves of street food or free desert. Our executive suite was extremely comfortable.

This is one of the best Marriotts I have stayed in. I stayed here for a night and everyone was very welcoming, cordial and helpful. I reason I am giving it 4.5/5 is not having arrangements for drivers to sleep. Usually hotels provide dormitories for drivers (which I was happy to be pay for) but they didn't had any such arrangement, moreover the driver was not allowed to sleep in the car as well. Other than that it is the best place to stay in Agra.

This is a wonderful Hotel. The Amenities here is outstanding. I work in US visiting India after a long time and thought to take my daughter for a Taj Mahal visit. In US we stay at Courtyard or other Marriott property often when we go on vacations. That was the reason I choose Courtyard for the Agra trip too as we decided to stay one night. But the stay here was way over my expectations. I had absolutely no complains at all. The attendants the front office the staff at the dining area all where so courteous and gentle. This kind of behavior you can never never never expect in US hotels. Every time they will great you with great respect and honor and never they try to get any kind of argumentative with you which is quite regular in any US based Marriott properties. Again all thumps up to this and all the staff / employee of this place, Thankyou for making my stay as comfortable as possible.
