Nice hospitality good service.

Not worth for money even charging charging extra for shaving kit even staff was unprofessional whole night party noise ruined sleep. Don't even recommend anyone even room paint was not proper. Booked 4 rooms just wasted our money bathroom choked room service was too slow.

We celebrated our silver jubilee marriage anniversary on 14th April at EOS, Levana Hotel. We had a gala good time. Appreciate the courteous and helpful staff there who took care of all our needs so well. The ambience was awesome with nice amenities. It was truly such a nice experience. The food was yummy and delicious. The special day was made really special. Thanks. Ranjana & Partha Choudhury.

It's good. The atrium is okay with the food with the less of variety of foods to offer. The price is high with the amount of facilities provided. The place on the roof is good to sit with frnds for chilling. Alcohol and hukkah served.

An excellent hotel in a prime location. Efficient, cordial and cooperative staffs with special mention to Mr. Vaibhab, the reception person. My luggage was kept there without any lock for almost 15 days after my stay there and they kept it very safe and securely.

Very clean. Full marks for cleanliness. Everything in the room was up to date and functional. Food was good. Staff was polite. Room service and house keeping was prompt. Excellent location.

Everything about the hotel is nice. The food, the rooms, the atmosphere, the service but ever since the construction of metro I think people would think once before going there. Although this is just a temporary issue. It is a great venue for organising official events.

Coz he just have one work to take reviews he might have sent u text requesting for review. And might have called u 3 times a day. Until u r dragged to write review haha I have gone through same pain hahaha I understand.
Never give him ur no on the whole the place is gud but require better staff.

The food is good. Specially the Apple pie. Rooms are nice and staff is very friendly. The location is also nice. Centrally placed.

Very centrally located hotel almost at Hazratganj crossing in Lucknow, the rooms are small and functional with a small side table, tea coffee maker and a small cushioned sofa also there. Food was good though service was a little slow. Breakfast lacked much variety. Overall, a nice today and central place, ideal for business travellers.

Stayed here for around 40 days in December 2015 for official work. It was great experience. Spacious rooms. Delicious food and good service. It is in the main area of Lucknow. You will find multiple exclusive showrooms nearby. Special menu on Christmas and New Year Eve. At that time it was in Best Western hotels chain. Overall nice experience. You can stay here.

Good rooms. On our check in there was some drill work going on in the adjoining building or adjoing room. We asked that to be stopped but to no avail. Otherwise it is a nice cozy place right in the middle of city. Morning breakfast was also good.

Decent ambiance. Food quality is just ok… service is not good with waiter not able to understand clearly… low on value for money. Had to complain to manager for getting AC working at a right temperature.

Not so good property comparing to the price I paid. Rooms are big but the bed was not comfortable enough. Washroom needs a renovation, pics attached. Breakfast spread was good but not the taste. Stuffs need to be more attentive towards guests. I asked for something couple of time from the table but never got served.

This hotel has nice decoration and have very good food quality and others. I am glad to see such a nice hotel in Lucknow. Their is Big parking also found.

Very good location. Every important place within walking distance or max 5 minutes by car. The food deserves special mention. Every item was excellent. Got no complaints about the hotel. Room service was prompt. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a good time in Lucknow.

The rooms were very good and every necessary things were provided in the room. From bathroom slipers to shoe polish. The beds of the room were very comfortable and the bathroom was very good. Overall it was a great stay there.

This is my second stay here and service quality has only gone up. Good courteous staff and proximity to central market place like Hazratganj makes it a very good place to choose while in Lucknow. I recommend this place as a very good value for money.

Awesome location. Great staff. Being going here for past 4 years. The quality has been retained. The food quality is decent. Rooms are good. The base category is a bit smaller but treat of them are good. The roof top restaurant is cool. It's a value for money hotel if you want to explore Lucknow. It is at the best possible location. I have often come n just love the ambience plus EOS Lounge best in Lucknow.

Organized a family event for a gathering of 90 people. Everyone was very disappointed with the service. Food (except soups which was pathetic) was nice but incredibly poor service left it for no good. Very very bad experience and you really need to pull up your socks and this laid back attitude will not work in this industry. I am definitely not coming here or recommending this place for any sought of function.

Prime location, comfortable rooms and respectful service.

We do meetings at the Hotel. But Service is not so good as it should be. I mean Just look into the infrastructure and awesome decoration but service gave a bad impact to the hotel. First of all meeting hall does not have any extensions to charge mobile and any electric equipment like laptop. If we ask for the same they provide only one or two which is not sufficient for the meeting of 25 to 30 people. And in the lunch people wonder for bread and water all the time. You have to ask for water and bread and after long waiting you get or sometime you never get the same. I manage sometime to get that from meeting hall. And sometime there is stale food in lunch. I complaint to the staff but managing person took my complaint for granted.

Good well organized room. Courteous staff. Conveniently located, although the approach road is somewhat narrow and crowded, but it is the flip side of being located near a prominent market area. Food is both good in taste and the options available in the menu is decent. It's worth the price.

Good hotel for the business travelers. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Food is delicious and service is satisfactory. Location is super right in the heart of Hamstrung. There is a spa also in case one wants a good massage. Staff is very friendly. All in all a good stay.

The hotel is so clean and a beautiful place to stay, the room was perfect, a good size and a nice view out the window. Breakfast choices are a nice variety. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully manged. I would stay this hotel during my future visits in Lucknow.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No water for 2 days, worst hotel staff, TV will not work, telephone not works … athough you will be mad if u stay here. Waste of money! Dont prefer this.
