I did not want to post this on social media, but then your email id is not working. Sir/Madam, Hope you are willing to pay heed to some feedback from your customer. I recently (13th Feb) took your service as I booked MD Palace, Adil Nagar, Kursi Road in Lucknow for my sister’s wedding. Of all things, I think the people skills of the manager of that place (I don’t know the name) deserves a mention. I am not proud to say that in one term, I will call his attitude as “indifferent” in the best and “rude” in the worst. I try to keep this as short as I can so I organize my mail into only a few bullets. 1. When I told him that we wanted more decoration on walls and pillars, and that one of the walls was showing grey cement and needed repairs, he never seemed to care. “This is how we do it” was the reply. He did not even bother to listen to my request and think about a solution, let alone come up with one. On repeatedly pestering him, he blatantly replied that he can put a few more bouquets but he will charge for it, as if scaring to make me step back from my "demands” of a good arrangement. 2. He showed me two stage designs on his laptop. When I said that there should be more to choose from, he quickly closed his laptop as if I was going to steal it from him. Speaking to him was itself a frustrating experience to me. He is no doubt a difficult person to talk to, it is only unfortunate that he is meant to deal with people all the time. 3.
