Staff are friendly but the hotel is old and is partly under renovation. The room we got was renovated one but had all sorts of issues. Food is nice. I give it a 3 star.

Everything was picture perfect until the staff demanded extra payment for Wi-Fi usage, which was never mentioned to us while checking in. Despite appealing to them not to charge us this way, they did charge me and my family with this extra money. This didn’t leave a good impression while we left the place. But yes, a very beautiful hotel to stay in Agra. One of the few hotels which is old yet has stayed modern enough with its own charm.

Clarks is amongst the oldest 5star properties of Agra. It is still very well maintained and has a really nice oldish/heritage feel to it. They keep upgrading and renovating the basic stuff so it continues to have perfect mix of new and heritage. The staff is really courteous and the service is also good.

One of the better hotels to stay in. The rooms are decent and the breakfast buffet has a great spread. The lawns are good for taking walks. Pool is available as well. The rates are very economical as well esp for a five star hotel. Definitely recommended for someone travelling to Agra…

The staff is very helpful the room is impressive and the pool, spa, recreation room. Etc are also an interesting feature there. Eating at Mughal room is a must. But breakfast at checkers buffet is not very impressive. The staff in the restaurant is also mugging up everything. All the more it is a good place to visit.

Built in 1961, but doing a great job. My rooms have been refitted recently, judging by the scaffolding in May 2018 a lot more are underway. Great roof bar with views of the Taj, and out door air conditioning and mist. The pool, while modest, is the best pool in the world to spend a few hours when it is 45 degrees in the town.

This place is amazing… The rooms are quite good and the staff is very helpful… There's a swimming pool, community hall, gym, sports centre and different dining areas for boarders… The hotel is also very affordable and the campus has got a good vibe about it.

The oldest hotel in Agra, but beautifully renovated, looks very British, restaurant good, service 1a, absolutely recommended.

I came here for the Marriage Reception. It was arranged in the garden. Decoration was perfect with fountains, flowers etc. The Hall was also nicely lit and it was cool provided that the weather was hot and humid. Food was also nice. Although I was not able to park inside as it was full but there was plenty of space outside the hotel. So, it was a nice experience.

It may be the oldest five star hotel in New Delhi but there is a definite need for improvements, particularly at the restaurant at the TOP floor. We just stopped by for lunch yesterday and the food was pre-ordered, just a simple rice and curry meal. But they laid down only knife and fork to eat that meal and when we asked for a spoon, the guy who seemed to be the head waiter told us that most of the people here eat rice and curry meal with only knife and fork. We told them we have never eaten this with such cutlery and would need spoons and only then he gave us but with a kind of smirk on his face. We took that as an insult.

It's three star hotel in Delhi. I stayed here two nights. Rooms are well furnished and pleasant. Red Colour theme is appealing. Food is very tasty. Booffet Breakfast is complimentary, Indian as well as continental. Free Wi-Fi facility available. Staff is friendly and gives prompt service. Tariff rates are most reasonable.

Hotel Clark's Shiraz is a good hotel with luxuries. There is everything you want in a hotel for less money. There is a beautiful swimming pool and the sports zone is also very good. In the sports zone, there is a table tennis table, 2 pool tables and video games. The rooms are also very good, spacious and amazing. The food in buffet is also delicious. The interiors are also very impressive.

Overall the property is ideally located. And the amenities in the hotel are excellent… the staff is very customer friendly. When it comes to the food provided by the hotel. The food is excellent and service at the table is quick. It is an important aspect when u r served in a restraunt or a hotel. So I suggest people to visit this place and it will be a joyful stay. I strongly recommend this hotel specially if travelling with Family. There are many things for the amusement of children…

Beautiful place to share the sunrise near the Taj Majal.

Boutique hotel. Supposed to see Taj in a distance but was foggy. Spacious rooms. Modern furniture. My Air conditioning was only functional on ventilation. They offered a heater to help over the night. Breakfast was marvelous. Internet is good. Not all SIM Cards are working in the hotel area.

It's already fit. What was not so good was that WLAN in the room costs extra about 300 rupees.
Downstairs in the shops are overpriced clothes and jewelry offered.

Good place. Corridor and hall is beautiful. Rooms could have been improved a bit more. Service is excellent. But no complimentary breakfast. They gave a cake as compliment as it was our honeymoon :D.

It is located at Taj Road. It is in Cantonment area. You may face difficulty of mobile connectivity inside hotel. The hotel is highly recommended for its rooms and service. They have always tried to sort out problems faced by us. However there are issues that can be improved. The buffet spread is much inferior than that of its competitors. We faced difficulty during check in. After a long wait we were provided rooms. Again no welcome drink was provided when we reached hotel for the first time. Another big problem lies with travel desk. The hotel has outsourced the car service. It has probably reduced the pain of management but created trouble for guests as quality of service gets compromised. These are the reasons where it is behind its competitors.

Excellent property with all the amenities + activities you can think of to spend your holiday joyfully. Maintenance is commendable too. Some things (e. G. Elevator, wood work in rooms) will feel dated being an old hotel but that won't bother you. One thing I didn't like is they charged extra for a few things which should be complimentary keeping in mind room cost & customer sentiments.

One of the best hotel in India. The room was quite spacious with all the modern facilities like tea coffee maker, safety locket, iron and ironing board etc. Bathroom was neat and clean. The Mughal Room. It is one of the best fine dining restaurant with live ghazals. The waiters were smart ready to serve you with a smile. The food was really tasty. They had a lovely swimming pool and spa across the lush green lawns. The leisure room had table tennis, pool tables, air hockey and even a play station for the kids.

Beautiful place. The hotel has all facilities like recreational centre, swimming pool, gym, playing ground. All the staffs are very helpful. Prompt room service, security is excellent and the food at restaurant is delicious. The view from room is very nice. The staff here made our trip the most memorable one. It is one of the best hotel in Agar.

A bag full of jewellery & cash was stolen in the main hall of hotel on 28 October 2017. I wonder after such a tight security how could it happen. I feel full envolment of staff in this case. I would say very poor management in the hotel. Tourist should stay in this hotel at their own risk.

Really impressed with this hotel, the grounds were well maintained, had lots of good facilities for everyone the pool was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was excellent had lots of little extras like disposable razor etc. My bed was massive and very comfortable. The over all feeling of the hotel was very elegant. Only think I could possibly fault with this hotel is the reception staff were not very welcoming. Either way I would 100 % stay here again.

Rooms were great, but they discriminate during Breakfast between Indians and foreigners. Very unethical we even complained to restaurant manager and he apologized which is not enough. Wish I could give zero ⭐

One of the best places in Agra to stay. Hospitality wasn't so much good, Security guard spoiled the whole mood while we were entering hotel. We were asked to a take our bike to different gate. Although rest of things were good.

Wonderful place. Amazing decor, full of mirrors. The staff were kind, friendly and co-operating. The food was mediocre, had Dal makhni and Shahi Paneer, and the taste was a little bland for my liking. The overall experience compensated for the lackluster cuisine. I'd recommend everyone to go there!

It's nice hotel. They have swimming pool, pool table, ect. Complimentary breakfast is very good. But the service is not good as compared to other hotels. Buffet dinner is very costly as compared to the food you are getting. Even the drinks are at triple the Mrp! Better go to other hotels in the city for dinner.

Was there for a wedding. Very spacious and well appointed. Great food. Though there are a lot of nicer newer 5 star hotels in Agra which may deserve a closer look.

If you are at Taj and looking forward to a place with a good view of Taj then you may go for a dinner here. We went for lunch as we were completely exhausted. Opted for buffet with t state we were in. But the service is slow. Connectivity with Taj is probably only reason why one may choose to be here.

An excellent hotel, my first stay in the featured 5-star, years after I've been, and you have 4, it is true that is not perfect, but it has not lost its quality, or if charm. The best of its rooms is still the cleaning and the amplitude. Very close to the Taj Mahal and, of course, is the red fort, the main attractions of the city.

No doubt it's the One of the best 5 star hotel of agra still now.

Hotel is an old property although many new concepts have been brought in. The worst thing of my experience was the "breakfast". I stayed for 4 nights and had an occasion to have the breakfast on 3 occasions, and I could very well say that it was my worst experience of having the breakfast in a 5 star property. I could not get a single worthwhile thing to eat and the quality and taste of the breakfast was really bad. People eating egg and other non veg items can survive but no chance for vegetarians.

One of the finest Hotel in Agra. I came to know that it's AGRA oldest 5 star hotel. I really love this hotel. Food is excellent but expensive. Rooms was very clean and equipped with all modern facilities. Reception was helpful and other services was up to the mark. Lastly Gr8 Hotel and I must recommend to others to stay at once.

Don't let the great looking lobby or pictures fool you! They portray it as to be a very nice hotel. Its nice but it is one of Agra's oldest 5 star hotels. Meaning the rooms need to be renovated, they look a bit dated. Also for a hotel of that stature one has to pay for Wi-Fi, not too expensive but still. Also the beds were very hard, not a good place to get a good night's sleep. Overall I give it a 3/5 kind of average for a "5 star" hotel.
