Review of HOTEL kalika palace 3*

I booked 2 family rooms in this hotel online from OYO on 13-15 Aug. Never stay in this hotel with family as they also alot rooms for drinking to boys who roam in gallery, no option of food nearby and non veg restaurant is like a bar where you can't sit with family. Even you can't roam in nearby road. -this hotel is situated in steep upside in very silent area and you will be tired to take a walk of nearby -it is not so near to fateh lake and you can't go for a walk there -service boys have smiling faces and staff is talking in very polite manner with no solutions for problems -geyser was not working and bathroom was choking in one room. While wash basin tap was choked in other room -they transferred to another room where cable was not working even after alot of hardships and we bored for whole evening -on first day we went for dinner by paying Rs 300 for auto as there is no veg restaurant nearby and hotel has common kitchen -on second day the manager assured that he will arrange pure veg dinner in seperate kitchen. We agreed and went to roof top restaurant which was looking like a bear bar in real… with ciagrette fumes. -as there is no option we ordered food in room. Which was served after more than 1 hour after too many follow ups and children slept ultimately. The mix veg and kofta were smelling like non veg dish as cooked in left over of non veg dishes. And we have to eat rotis with raita -I complained for it and manager said that he is cancelling my order to calm down me but billed for it next morning and I have to pay for it in full… SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TRIP & MONEY BY STAYING HERE.
