Very bad! I booked a room in November 2017 and after reaching the hotel well before time, the person on Hotel Kasera Heritage View told me they sold the room to someone else. I showed them the booking receipt and the person tore it apart?! What the heck? After investigating a bit, I found out that the hotel sold my room to someone else paying more money than me! Very bad hotel! DONOT GO!
Great place with a nice view of the fort!
And the staff is wonderful :)
