We have just had the best stay at this hotel. The decor is modern and the facilities are great. We chose this hotel for the luxurious bath tub in the executive suite and were not disappointed.
The staff at dinner and breakfast were exceptional with top service. The food was amazing And very generous.
Candlelit dining at dinner was a wonderful touch. Can't wait to come back here again.

I usually write a hotel review a month after the actual stay so that I will mention the lasting impressions 1) beautiful looking hotel from outside 2) 256 sq ft room includes the bathroom space, thus room is small and gets too congested when an extra bed is placed. 3) staff is courteous and polite 4) breakfast was amazing, you can see it in pictures below, different varieties and the staff made sure that things are served hot and on table. 5) charged for extra water bottles in the room which I personally do no like as it is a basic necessity.

Well, we went there to have some beers and chicken tikka. We went straight to the bar. The ambience was amazing and peaceful with little music to the ears so that conversations be the priority. The sitting was comfortable with sofa and chairs to get a choice from. We ordered Carlsberg and non veg chicken platter. The chicken was tender and fresh but lacked the spices and marination to enlighten the taste buds. Overall, nice and soothing experience!

The service was at snail's pace. Some dishes were very spicy. The soups were good. The fresh fruit juice tasted like pure watermelon juice.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Very nice and helpful staff. I love the buffet breakfast and suggest all to take it whenever you visit this place. Food prices is pretty high which I feel should lower down. However overall stay was nice and as per the expectation.

I wish I could give ratings in negative. Property is average and completely shatters the image of standards maintained by Best Western hotels in other cities. Service was utterly poor and staff does not understand the work courtesy or customer service. One should be careful while considering this property if they are visiting Amritsar.

Avoid this property. I have stayed in 100's of properties by all standards this has been the worst of all. This property is a blot on the name of best Western. The staff is extremely rude. They lack even the basic manners. I am not a fussy guest but if I am forced to write this you can understand. Even the management is helpless and unable to deliver what they promise and commit. I have attached the image of the pool. I regret the decision of choosing this property. Avoid this property and save your time and money.

Good hotel with clean amenities. Courteous staff with a smile. Rooms are well maintained. Was on a business trip very safe and comfortable stay. Location is also an advantage with lot's of places to buy local traditional things of amritsar. Close by is the best place to get Kulcha a Punjabi bread.

Instead of saying about the room and the service. Let me first highlight the CAB service and the CAB DRIVERS. I have been to many places but never seen a cab driver and the service of the hotel in such a good way. The cab rental rates were very reasonable. The drivers are very disciplined, they follow rules, there was no harsh driving. Coming to the room and hospitality. Room was very neat and clean. We reached in the early hours. There was no single reason left for us to call the housekeeping. Everything was arranged well before. The housekeeping was very good. They understand what we say. They get the things done without any delay.

Very nice hotel with all the basicly needed and the luxurious amenities. Rooms are very good and services are also nice. Properly justifies its 4 star reputation. Nice location. Close to all the major scenic places of the city.

Worst hotel! Poor service! Zero management! Organised an event for around 170 people, staff is unprofessional. They make fake promises when you book and deliver zero services. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Mr Sumit the banquet manager is the trouble maker.

One of the finest property in Amritsar located in peaceful location. Hospitality is great, food quality and taste is excellent. I stayed there for two nights during Diwali 2017. I strongly recommend this hotel for family travelers.

Today I have been to your hotel for an interview in F&B department and your HR assigned me with Mr Gill, so your so called f&b manager is the worst person I have ever meet in my life, he is worst then bull shit, I think bull shit is much better then him, he doesn't know how to talk with people who came down to your hotel for job,
His attitude is on my foot, show my messages to him so that he realise what he did in afternoon, and please teach him don't dare to talk with people the way he showed his bludy attitude to me, get lost.
