Altough Its underconstruction but offers amazing service frm food to view everything sums up to be perfect, go for it.

Hotel is good staff is comparative rooms an bathrooms r good butt besd sheets an blankets r not satisfied me.

Food is not good and room are not well cleaned.

I'm a frequent traveller. I used to travel every month. I wanted to see the beauty's of Himachal Pradesh so went to mcleodganj ️ We booked 3 rooms here. The room was nice. Hotel was near the bhagsunag waterfall. There was a no private balcony. The view was fantastic from the balcony. But the service wasn't so great or I must say bad. Room service react slowly. The housekeeping hab broke my expensive iPhone's charger and didn't compensate for it. The food was nice, tasty and appropriate in quantity and quality. I recommend you to book room of 4th floor for best views.

Service is good. When I visited it was in renovation. Amazing mountain view from the hotel.

Place is near to bhagsu falls which makes it comfortable. Food is really good.

I was faced heavy traffic jam on the Bhagsunag road in McLeodganj. Hotel Reception is on first floor. Average nice hotel with parking. Hotel near Bhagsunag Waterfall way.

Nice and ideal place for staying in Macleodganj in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. Very reasonable rates and courteous staff. Also serving quality veg and non veg food.

Was there with college group. They have number of rooms for group accomodation. Offer good food. Well maintained rooms. Helpful staff.

Hotel location is very accessible, hotel rooms are clean and hygienic and food quality is so Good. Hotel has a very nice dining area and a lovely terrace to have fun till latenight. Highly recommended to everyone as per budget pricing.

I was at this place recently for my holidays but with the experience which I had here, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. The control of the hotel staff in their own premises is pathetic. People are being allowed to use music systems at very high volumes with people drinking alcohol everywhere around. On complaining about the inconvinience caused due to this, the hotel staff stays helpless with no answers whatsoever. Better to stay anywhere else (even in your car) but dont chose this place to stay under any circumstances. 0.5 star rating is enough.

Worst experience. People who travel with family will find it difficult to stay here as there is huge noise of people drinking and dancing at this hotel until 10 pm. I will not recommend this to anybody.

Only the rooms facing the valley have good view, do not book this hotel in advance. Most of the rooms are dark and damp.

This is a very good, low cost hotel located close to McLeodganj town. It is a very picturesque place with amazing views. It is not far from Bhagsu Waterfall. Veg and non veg food is available. The service is a bit slow but when they give the service it's up to the mark. It is located 2km from the McLeodganj bus stand. You can either walk your way up or you can take a taxi as well to reach the hotel. There is both buffet system and a la carte system. Ala Carte is only available for room service for buffet you have to go to the dining hall at the timings mentioned. There is a beautiful market that is situated 1 km away from the hotel and with the narrow streets it is beautiful and serene to walk through the streets and enjoy the market.

I booked it from oyo. And rooms are not in good condition. Rooms need renovation. Everything from bedsheets to mirrors to wall paint is worn out. But it's clean and economical for groups and big families. Breakfast was fresh and it's included in room rate. It's a little off the main mcleodganj area in bhagsu nag and it's not an easy drive for inexperienced drivers. Not recommended to book it from oyo.

Rooms are expensive in comparison to the facilities and the service provided. Not recommended unless you are short on other options.

This hotel is situated in Bhagsunag area of Mcleodganj. Hotel has a dedicated parking space and rooms are good. Though building is old construction and some areas need renovation, staff is attentive and food we tried was tasty and price was not too much.

Worst and haunted hotel. Please dont go over there very bad service if you have booked then please cancel it.

Really Nice Hotel. I arrived at hotel without any reservation, it was heavily raining out side in the month of Feb also, After little difficulty at reception on rate negotiation I found an excellent room. The hotel staffs are very helpful and Co-operative. Room was big and neat and clean, Food quality was very good. Location of the hotel is very very good.

Very very bad place. Don't recommend at all. This is junk. Language problem too. Will update the tour operator.

There is a hotel name" HOTEL ROYAL PALACE" Useless hotel. Never ever check in.

Do not be fooled by online pictures. This place is truly a dump! Do not live here. The building is damp, smelly and just gross — you can smell mold the moment you enter. Max Holidays (a Delhi Travel Agency to avoid at all cost) booked us in this "deluxe" hotel. It was a health hazard to live here so we left. Max Holidays will not refund us for the prepaid accommodation.
