Best place to stay in Gurgaon who want to feel like home. Neat and clean property and a well equipped kitchen. Its a sure shot go for someone who wants to stay in gurgaon. Staff was good and helpful, available at all times. Not forgot to contact Osheen before making bookings, she is taking her responsible for her guest from point of check in till check out the best part of our that she is quick in if to resolve the issues mentioned by us and very polite and friendly with us thanks a lot when in Gurgaon team and keep it up with these best services.

Stayed at one of the serviced apartments in Gurgaon close to Artemis. All was much better than what we expected. Rooms are really good and clean. Everything needed is here. Team is very professional. Our manager Osheen juneja was very very helpful and was always for any small issue. Definitely would recommend When in gurgaon serviced apartments and will stay here again!

Our stay was short but had an amazing experience. The staff was great, esp, Osheen, their manager made it so convenient and comfortable, felt like home away from home :) spacious rooms, 24 hour power back up, flexible management. Highly recommendable. The best place of this place is comfortable and huge studios and bed sheets, towels was of very nice quality and all appliances in kitchen were brand new and stainless also I found that Osheen the manager keep coming for checking our stay and also trained very nicely her housekeeping staff which was her positive point.

We stayed for atleast 3 days in when in gurgaon service apartments, very beautiful studios with fully functional kitchen, friendly staff, nice food My wife was facing some issues in Kitchen but calling after manager Ms Osheen she is doing her work fabulous she is always their for her Guest special Thanks to Osheen who makes our stay comfortable. I will just suggest whosoever wants to stay comfortable just choose when in Gurgoan.

Safe and clean. The best near the hospital. Wifi needs to improve though but other than that, the staffs and everything is amazing! staffs like joshi and sonu are very freindly and helpful at most times.

As this was our 2nd visit to When in Gurgaon service apartments we were lucky enough to find this magnificent place, it was very comfortable, cozy, the help was friendly and efficient, all the essential facilities was available. The location is very well known for the local transportation and Uber car. Osheen was our contact person and she did an amazing job of meeting our requests. The service was the best and most genuine we've ever experienced! I have no complaints. We stayed here for 3 days and I look forward to my next visit.

We visit Gurgaon from Nepal for the treatment in Medanta and stayed in One of the property of When in Gurgaon, we stayed first Time in this property reference of my friend from nepal Who already had great experience from them. Manager Ms Osheen she was our relationship Manager who was very helpful during our stay, when we checked in the property there was some confusion of rooms we booked after Osheen Shows her lots of efforts for satisfying her Guest other staff was also very friendly will keep coming here and only the issue we faced that Wi-Fi was very slow in the middle room where we staying but it was due to signal reaching there.

Specious apartments, very helpful staff specially Mr Ashok in front desk helped me in giving the room of my choice arranged lunch at odd hours by specially calling the chef only for us even the room service was good bathroom specious Will sure come and stay at the same place when in Gurgaon.

I stayed at the When in gurgaon service Apartments at sector 38 Gurgaon for about 1 and half months starting August 2017. Travelling to Medanta medicity on medical purpose with family, I couldn't ask for a better stay facility. Ill mention the pluses of staying at the When in Gurgaon! 1. Premium experience started from the first call I made to When in gurgaon for booking. Miss Osheen Juneja, the Operations manager was very helpful and made the booking process very easy. She infact called up numerous times to help me make the booking easily and ensured that I reached the apartment without any hassle. During the course of my stay she was more than helpful to make sure that my stay was most comfortable. It is because of the amazing services provided by executives like her that u rate a property so highly. 2. The property is new with top class cleanliness. It has 3 bhk units with modern kitchenette with cooking gas, fridge, microwave and quality cutlery. Well laid dining set, comfortable couches. U just need to buy our grocery and its like ur stayin home. 3. The interiors are very elegantly done with quality furniture, they also have Dish TV connection in all apartments, washing machine and RO water purifier for guest use Free Wi-Fi provided worked very well throughout my stay. 4. The unit is ldeal for families, couples travelling to Gurgaon. Medanta Medicity is within walkin distance and all important landmarks in Gurgaon are nearby. Taxis, autos are easily available. 5.

Home away from Home. location is excellent being a few meters from Artemis. Studio rooms are large and spacious even with double bed and 6 seater dining table. Our room also had a large exclusive terrace. Bathroom fittings are high quality and elegant. Kitchenette is adequate with induction cooker, microwave, toaster and basic crockery. In room dining options are good for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is complimentary and adequate. Basic infrastructure is done well. The staff under the leadership of property manger Osheen is always ready to help with a smile. They make you feel at home. Looking forward to further improvements.

Great Stay! It was a very big spacious apartment. Living area was separate from bedroom and it also had a open fully functional Kitchen with all amenities. As I was there with my mom and dad for medical treatment in artimis hospital which was only 50 second walk from an apartment which was actually wonderful I would like to also appreciate Osheen Juneja, she was so quick to her service whatever we require during our stay. Highly recommended this place.

The property is relatively new. But very cordial and helpful staff, especially Osheen juneja and Kartik, who went all out to make our stay comfortable. Wheelchair accessible and very clean. Had a very comfortable stay. Few hiccups with the property being so new… but overall a pleasent experience. Would definitely recommend.

We stay, my wife and me, 7 nights in this hotel and we liked it very much. Nice clean and big room, very helpful staff, Mr Anish, the receptionist, his here for you, you can ask him anything he will help you… this place is very close to the Medanta Hospital, and I recommend it … I will definitely stay there again.

I found this property online and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The rooms are spacious and nicely done up and most of all the staff is very courteous. Since I am new to the city, the staff helped me quite a lot in guiding me to various places I had to go. The lawns are beautiful in the property and you see housekeeping staff cleaning the property all the time. I was highly impressed by the upkeep. You rarely find such Service Apartments which are being run professionally. Kudos to the team.

I stayed for almost 2 months in one of the Studio Apartments and you have everything you need at their apartments. Before visiting Gurgaon I was worried if I would get a fully loaded kitchen to myself or not and I was pleasantly surprised with their kitchen. The staff is the biggest highlight, well trained and ever ready to help.
