Needs lot of improvement… In terms of staff service need to wait for a long time (15 minutes) to order breakfast… Western toilet water pressure is very low… as well the tap needs cleaning as its blocked with dust. Only 1plug point in the entire room above the bed to make coffee, charge phones. Treebo! Plz do something.

Good experience … very clean n hygienic toilets n bed linen… small room but safe for family location also good near metro n market area n Connaught place… restaurant service is very slow… least interested to take orders for food. Food quality not great. But ample options nearby to explore for food… limited breakfast.

It has strategic location in New Delhi and have a nice breakfast. It is also easy to look for dinner around the hotel. The room (hygiene, bathroom) needs improvement to enhance the stay experience.

Value for money. Wi-Fi signals inside the room are not very strong and fridge is not working. Changed the room as AC was not working. Compared to other hotels in the area its a value for money.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning in any case very better.

The hotel has both pros and cons.
The main drawbacks:-poor soundproofing of the rooms;
— Not modern plumbing;
— No safe, sometimes a fridge.
Pros:-Convenient location;
— Good air conditioning rooms;
— Help staff in everything.
My attitude to the hotel for the better was determined by the diligence of the hotel staff. They are good.

I strongly believe, that if you want to have the best experience of New Delhi (which is a fabulous city) then stay here. You will never be disappointed. I highly recommend this place. Managers (Dharam Raj & Ashish) and staff members (Damodar, Umesh & Pawan) are more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

The location of the hotel was good, close to a metro station, but away from the hustle of the main road. The room was average. There was no wardrobe in my room, but there was a fridge. The TV remote was broken, but the linen was clean. The service was very very poor. The staff took a lot of time to bring things to room. They bought a bill every time I ordered something to my room.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel from 9th Mach till 14th March. The moment we checked into the hotel we felt that we are in a wrong place. We are senior citizens. We checked in at around 16-45 on 9th. The bell boy was welcoming. But the man in the reception was rude unfriendly and not welbehaved. Though we paid required advance online, the man demanded full advance which was not written in hotel's website. We settled the matter by paying almost 80% in advance. The hotel was quite OK and clean but AC was not effective, toilet flush was giving troubles, mattress was not comfortable, there was only one plug point in the room (the prob was solved by providing one spiker or multiplug board). Those few things could be adjusted or managed but the main reason We will never recommend this hotel to others was the man in the reception during day time. He doesn't know how to behave specially in a hospitality industry. Whenever we talked to him, there was absence of politeness. But I must say that junior staffs were very well bebaved.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days from 19 to 21st Feb. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy. The hotel staff at reception especially the Manager who was in Night shift was very helpful in resolving my issues. Restaurant is small, but food was tasty. Also, the hotel is in a bylane, so you don't have to face any noise pollution. Overall I had a good time at this hotel. I also thank Treebo for taking care of my reservations.

Cosy room. Clean and safe. Staff behaviour is nice. One of best hotel on that area. It can give more value of money. There is no enough charger point in room. Food quality is good. Ovar all experience was very nice.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY I stayed here from 25th Jan to 28th Jan with family including kids. The hotel is at the centre location of Pahar ganj, nearest RK Ashram Marg (Blue Line Metro) metro station (200 meters, Walkable Distance or Electric Riksha Available) which you can connect to all locations. Please make sure here check in is 12 PM. So they may take extra charge for early check in or you may have to wait in hotel reception till that time. And Checkout time is 11 AM and if you would like to spend some more hours then you have to Pay Half Day charges. There is an in-house restaurant is there and the food quality is good. Room size is ok and the room is fine and clean with a large bed and quilt. Free wi fi is available with excellent speed. Bath rooms are neat and clean with running hot water with shower and toiletries like towels, tooth paste, tooth brush, soap and shampoo (not branded). The staffs are good and friendly and they will help you to get the tourist places and also arrange the cab for local site seeing or Airport drop. It will be great if the room have Safe with lock so that guest can keep their valuables in that. I recommend Treebo Natraj Yes Please for the travelers with Family and kids, I feel it’s very good, comfortable and value for money.

Arrived at night and the rooms are rented to others. The hour called back with the booking, then found us a room in the same network, on the carol bang.

Restaurant service is okay. Rooms are good, clean, but less storage space. Need to put a couple of slippers and dental kit in Maple rooms. Would like to visit again.

It's a nice hotel for low level budget people. Services are not up to the mark. But more or less it was good.

Placed in better location, Environment is good inside, They lack some common facilities like Toothbrush, slippers with that added it will be perfect for the budget.

A cozy place next to Main Bazaar st. Very friendly stuff. Nice rooms with AC. They offer a free left luggage if you book a room there. Nice restaurant with room service.

I stayed at Treebo with my family for 2 nights in Delhi. Location was good it was behind the main Bazaar but on a quieter street. We stayed in the Delux Taj Room and it was okay. It was a fairly large room and had a living room and 2 tvs. The shower had hot water 24hours. The cons is the restaurant is terrible down the street is an amazing vegetatian restaurant I'd highly recommend. I hate the food so much I'd recommend a new chef! The staff was good and friendly. Also I am not sure if the sheets were clean. Overall experience was okay.

Very close to New Delhi railway station, very good place to stay, good room service, Wi-Fi was nice. Even food served is good. In some rooms you have to climb 2-3 steps to enter the bathroom, which can be improved. Overall very good experience.

The hotel maintenance is very good and the staff are very co-operative. If you want to stay there don't worry for travelling and transportation, they will arrange every thing. The hotel is aside of RK ashram metro station and Main Bazar, that can help you much to go to Akshar dham, Karol Bagh market, and it is also very near New Delhi Railway station and Connaught Place. Even though it is situated in Paharganj area the approach of the hotel is very decent, I suggest you to stay there with family too as I was stayed there with my family for three consecutive days and nights. I Advise the hotel management may look in to the small changes. I. E. Provide one Hair Drier for ladies and if possible the bath room door may be changed to some other material instead of glass, or other wise may provide deep colour glass painting and finally may provide bath room exjaust fan instead of mesh ventilator, which is little discomfort for ladies… There is only optional break fast no buffet break fast, In future too I will stay there only…

Good for staying near railway station. Only they don't have buffet breakfast. They give you options and you have select any one option. I saw this first time in Treebo chains. I use to use Treebo hotel chain. Every ware I found buffet breakfast. All they provide room was very good, with small settings room and one attached bedroom. There are two TV, Two AC etc.

Thought it was we for a short while the place was cozy. The restaurant was closed when I checked in so they served breakfast in my room. A nice gesture. Rooms have been furnished and toilets are clean. Amenities from Treebo are of good quality.

One of the best budget hotels in Delhi. Confortable rooms, everything is working. Nice and helpful staff.

It Is good hotel having all the Services and amenities, The staff is good, but only negative point is the Rooms are very small and tidy. Even the deluxe best room space is too small.

Perfect location near main bazaar road and metro station but in a more quiet street with plenty of restaurants. My room was extra clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I'm glad I found a nice hotel to go back to when I am in delhi again.

Backpackers Street, clean, simple, sanitary, reasonable price choice. Of course, the most important thing is that you can walk to the Delhi Railway station, around the distance to eat and drink to buy is convenient; 50. But be careful, we arrived on the day, the success from the Blue Line Ramakrishana asharm Marg Metro Station looking for the past, because the road signs are not clear, jumping on a doodle car, the results sit 10 minutes after the driver can not find, paid Rs. 70后 himself another 20 minutes to ask the way/find a way, the hotel is in our car less than 100 steps away from the other street. Exchange money with the boss is much better than the airport.

Nice and warm place with clean rooms and very good service. They make sure that all the guest requests are met with. Also the Russian restaurant inside serves amazing food, besides the other cuisine options available. And the best part is that the owner himself takes care of everything in the hotel. Had a lovely experience with them.

Good price for quality you get. I was second time in this hotel in two years and I'll be comming back again. Not the best breakfast, they can work on them (since this is India. Country of best spices and food).

I had been twice to the hotel. Staff is really good over here. Rooms are really tidy including washroom having towels and staff cleans room daily including changing of towels and bedsheet. Cabs are provided on request Food and service to room was quick. Would recommend this place to all. Services are more than what we pay. Thanks for making our trip lovely and feeling like home always here.

The Hotel is clean and well maintained. The Staff is polite and very helpful. Daily room service, free Wi-Fi with good speed, complementary breakfast, can do room service untill late hours :-). We have stayed twice there without any complaints.

Among Pahar Ganj hotels, this is a gem. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are helpful. This is not a 5 — or 4-star hotel: the Westerner who expects isolation and insulation from the street, sparkling new amenities, and everything understandable might be put off. The rooms are clean, usually smell-free (although once we encountered lots of incense being burned just as we entered a room, and demanded another), and air-conditioned. Bathrooms have a shower (so far) and a bucket for bathing. Peculiar things: distinctive ceiling design and lights in most rooms (no harm, just… distinctive) ; screened vent windows in the bathroom that go into an airshaft, often within a meter of one directly across the shaft (you can hear, and occasionally see the heads of, your neighbors) ; if you are an early riser, call the desk to get hot water in your room. There is Wi-Fi, mostly reliable, and much faster this year (2016) than last; a good restaurant down the street (Cafe Festa) ; and an easy walk to shopping in Pahar Ganj or the Metro a few blocks away.

Ecellent hotel with good ambience and at good price.

Really good budget option in the Main Bazaar area. Wifi is fast, and rooms are quiet. The showers are good, and always clean. Somewhat of an Egyptian theme going on. Staff is good as well, but I recommend making a reservation in high season.

The worst experience I ever had … never prefer this one.
