Bengali Owners in Kolkatta run this modern guest house in CR park by remote control. It better than a AirBnB and at very reasonable room charges you get to stay in CR park. In-house manager called Kaku and the nepali youngster Shivam are very cooperative. Breakfast at extra charge is great and laundry is sent out. Be sporting when you stay here.

Awesome experience, awesome food, good service. Extra charge for extra person only if asked for extra bed. Otherwise no extra charge.

The place is not hotel, total residential, residence converted to hotel, that is the reason no hotel board is mounted. Why the hell goibibo has given 3star hotel. Just making fool. They should compare with the hotels for the star rating. The room size was 8x12. The bed is also less than normal bed size. The price was too high for the space. Unless it is too fussy, I will not recommend the hotel.

Excellent service and location for the price. Good to sleep overnight. And its quiet too. The other Remaining services are minimal.

This is a budget lodging place with free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Location is good. Rooms are very cramped. Facilities minimal. Cleanliness below average.

My stay was for two nights. The moment you arrive, the first unique aspect is that the main gate is closed and you have to enter through a side gate. You will not find toiletries. And finally, the beds have bugs.

Great Stay. I am a business traveler. I was visiting Delhi from Chicago and stayed at FFour Hotel. The hotel is very clean. The staff is courteous and prompt. The hotel is at a great location and is very well connected with all the business hubs in and around Delhi. Their food menu is extensive and the food tastes good.

New Hotel. Some issues, like Toilet very small, limited toiletries, hot water was not available, Breakfast extremely limited. Location Great and less than a minute to walk to Kailash Colony Metro Station.

Average place to stay. Pocket friendly in the heart of city. Not advisable to stay with family. Food served to rooms are yummy.

The rooms and location are good and got a very good deal through make my trip. The only problem is service is very lethargic and the Wi-Fi never worked during my 5 days stay.

One of the best reasonable hotels with pleasant ambience. A simple and health breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Not taking care of needs of the guest you just have to call and ask for basic amenities.

This hotel is a clean place in a great neighborhood. The beds are pretty small, but that is typical for this part of the world. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged through the hotel but there are several good local places to eat. The bathrooms are clean, but be prepared for the shower to not be separated. Some of the rooms do not have TV. The hotel does have wireless internet though.
