Review of Hotel La Residenza 3*

• positive points 1. Overall nice rooms & interiors. 2. Price range is also reasonable as per location. 3. Little far away from main road, so no voice noise disturbance. But hard to find out due to no outside signboard. 4. Cleaning is also fine, they just provide RO filtered water. 5. Manager behavior is friendly and cooperative so 5 STAR for him. (i didn't asked his name even after 3 day staying) 6. Room service available through inter connected landline. 7. They follow identity rules policy as per govt instruction so you'll sure about your safety. . • negative points 1. Need pest control treatments in washroom. 2. AC not working properly no cooling. 3. No in-house or nearby healthy & simple food options (mostly option available is fastfood & spicy food & nonveg food which is not recommended for everyday eating). 4. Mostly Room Service not on the time. For ex. — I asked for water received on third reminder after 2-3 hours. — informed to morning wake up call, but no one called. — servicing staff is little bit lazy. 5. Atlist start offering Packaged Mineral water bottle and other packaged food or basic snacks as paid service option, if this is available in desk anyone can collect from there by 24x7. . . i am giving 3 star just because of HOTEL MANAGER — — overall good experience. But you have to arrange and carry every outside things (packaged foods water medicines and other same things) by your self. Because service staff was too lazy in providing service on the time.
