Good for leisure or business stay… very good staff.

The hotel location is easy accessible and rates are reasonable during the weekdays and usually be at Higher cost during weekends. Room sizes are quite open and big and service was upto the mark. I faced no such issues.

The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Good for those especially on vacation.

The rooms were a bit shabby, the internet was weak — slow, breakfast was alright. The staff was mostly helpful but couldn't cash a travelers check for me.

Budget hotel. Stay is good. Food could have been better. Breakfast spread is poor.

Hotel is nice to visit. Easily reachable. Rooms are good. Room service is nice but the staff on reception is average. No balconies with rooms. E-Riksha Facility in front of hotel. Food is average.

Nice place. Located in a residential locality gives a safe feeling when you're with kids. Food is nice and rooms well maintained.

Very affordable and premium rooms. You will have no problem in locating this hotel, as soon as will enter Kalindi Colony you will find this hotel on left. Complimentary breakfast is awesome, you have about 10 different food choices, but main problem is in room service. Even after calling many times they didn't come. In television most of the sports and movie channels were not available.

Terrible service, terrible way of talking. No respect of customer at all. Called them up a day in advance to inform them I'll check in an hour and a half early and they can charge me extra according to the oyo policies (0-30% of fare). They asked me to pay a whole days fare for an hour and a half so I told them that's not done and they ask me to cancel the booking if I'm not okay with it. That is not how you talk to your customers. I paid a cancellation charge of a days rent but it was worth it. Terrible experience.

The hotel was kind of hard to find. It is on a narrow unnamed strèet beside a main road but blocked by a wall. There is a sign if you spot it. Helpful Staff, simple but adequate breakfast. Dinner is served with a hit or miss mrnu. The room was mostly clean. It could use a dusting and replacing dead light bulbs. I biggest complaint is the lack of hot water.
