The hotel guest Gentry is not for guests who value their peace. Uncouth and uncivilized hotel guests. I have had a terrible experience and almost had to call the cops.

The restaurant is cosy and the serving staff is very attentive. The food is simple and good. No unnecessary frills. Just tasty and well presented. The corridor outside is a bit noisy but one gets used to it. The menu needs to a little more self explanatory.

The service in the restaurant was poor. Seems lack of experienced manpower as well as trained staff. Infact, every time we had to call for the waiters to take our order. They seemed confused about how to serve and even dropped food and gravy on one of us as well as on the tables. There were no salt /pepper pots on either of our 3 tables and I had to tell them again and again to get the finger bowl and said/mouth freshener after our plates/dishes were cleared away.

I visited this hotel in September. It was been visited by me because of business purpose. It was booked online. It was a 4 star hotel the location was average. The hotel appearance was excellent the front office was very good. The hotel room bed were fantastic the room was decorated there was bathtub available. There were Wi-Fi and pickup and drop facilities available.

The Big shots bar is a comfortable place, kinda old clubhouse feel with modern lighting. Food wasn't that good though. Not saying it was bad, just not in line with the expectations set by the place.

This is a good hotel but Jamshedpur Branch is not upto it's Global Standards I believe. The service is not so good and the rooms need a little upgrade. Food is really good here and many locals also visit here for lunches / dinners. Overall it's not a bad place to be but a nearby hotel is much better in terms of service.

Went for a dinner buffet at Ramada, Jamshedpur. At INR 699/person, it was a decent deal. Food was good. But for vegetarians, the options were quite limited. Vegetarian dishes could be counted on the finger tips. But the good part is that whatever few items were there, they were relishing. Service was decemt and the seating arrangement was also pretty well organized. Overall, a decent experience but if you are a vegetarian, you can skip it.

Hotel is good, staff are helpful, food is decent but only complain is Wi-Fi is not available. Business hotels need Wi-Fi that too good quality and not open like they have. Otherwise it's nice hotel.

Decent parking space available and a hall big enough for a small to medium sized gathering. Catering can be a bit lacking but makes up for the lack of it in the wide range of drinks on offer at the bar.

This is one very good facility that has come up in Bishtupur, Jamshedpur. I went for the dinner buffet. It was great. This is a good place for corporate meetings and family dinner as well.

A regular at Red Earth… but I was v surprised to see that wen I was billed … about 15 days ago … I was charged GST@18%
Upon questioning… the waiter told me with confidence that the rates had been rolled back to 15% from 5%.
Unsure myself as I was not in the country for a while … I declined any further discussion. Yesterday I went to another well known restaurant here… and was charged 5% GST… upon enquiry I was told dis is d rate ever since Nov 15… nd there has been No rollback!
I want YOU to suggest what I should do? As I still have both receipts ; should I file an official complaint against you? Or should I wait for you to come up with a solution to this grave matter which by law is v punishable?

Too loud music in Bar. Even after so many request they did not bothered to low the volume… We were there for peace… Not for Western loud music.
