Wonderful Hotel, Good Food, and Wonderful Staff.

Nice place cool atmosphere great place for gathering.

I have been trying to get in tocuh with them for a week to book a gift voucher but they dont respond to emails, phones or anything. Most difficult to reach out to and unhelpful staff! very disappointing for a 5 star hotel@

DO NOT STAY AT HYATT AHMEDABAD! This is possibly the Worst Hotel to stay at in Ahmedabad. We checked in here for 2 Nights and were regretting our decision almost within hours of checking in. Pathetic Management, Service Issues, Poor Food Quality, Rooms are not maintained at all. To top it all, the Staff is unapologetic for the issues and shamelessly ignoring complaints. Below are the issues we faced 1. Upon Checking In, room had Lighting Panel issues due to which the lights were fluctuating. When we called Room Service for the same, an electrician was sent for after 25-30 mins and he informed us that the Automation panel was causing the issues and suggesred replacing the same. He came back after almost another 30 mins and replaced the same upon atleast 3 reminders. 2. We asked for some Tea & Coffee in the evening around 5.30 and after repeated reminders and calls to Inroom dining team, the same did not arrive till 7.00PM. Around 7.15 finally the tea arrived but without spoons and Stirrer for Coffee. Already fed up with the delays, we did not have energy left to ask for spoons and made peace with whatever was available. 3. We hoped this was all but the next day we went to the swimming pool at 08.30AM and were informed thr official timings for pool were 09.00AM to 07.30PM so we went around 11.

It's amazing place for buffet lunch or dinner. Price is high but satisfaction is most important. We eat everything in this hotel like veg or nonveg.

Location is perfect, brand said it all, hospitality is key of any hotel or service industry BUT hospitality with next level is something Hyatt can give. Thanks team for the early breakfast packing.

Very hospitable staff and it is adjacent to Ahmedabad One Mall so the place is buzzing with activities. Amenities are also among the best in Ahmedabad esp gym and pool. They also have lavish breakfast spread to accommodate all preferences.

Nice 5* atmosphere. Professional staff. Caring nature of the staff towards the guest. Kids demand during breakfast r given priority like what do the kids love to eat in breakfast.

Great hospitality and care to the customer. They tried the best to sort out issues but always keen to get it sorted. As a person you can’t ask for more.

Hotel is good. Staff is also nice but banquets here are always an issue. Have held 3 professional events here and in all 3 they create an issue. Charges are higher than other similar category hotels but menu offerings are lesser.

Hyatt Ashram Road as well as Vastrapur outlets have good Chinese food. China House at Ashram Road is the best in Ahmedabad! Try the new menu at their Vastrapur outlet as well. I also like their Italian restaurant. Good food and the service is always very nice!

Stayed at this property for two nights during my recent business trip to Ahmedabad. Situated at the centre of Ahmedabad and adjacent to the Ahmedabad Mall, this place is surely happening. Rooms are well furnished and we'll maintained. The support staff are warm and treat you well. Breakfast has a good spread and is equally delicious.

Went to Hyatt on Sunday 15/07/2018 with friends and had dinner. The dinner was good but the waiting time was too long which is not accepted need to be more prompt and quick in service. The staff was very courteous… Would like to visit again but this time with a much better service expectations and to be more prompt…

I have been there for dinner twice. I have also attended a social function there. The location of the hotel is very good. The banquet hall and arrangements are also very good. Nothing great about food. The food was also good but nothing special. Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad serves better food delicacies.

I was there for a corporate event with my band. In-hotel service is very good. We just faced an issue at the gate because of their communication gap. Else the food, the banquet and the services were great!

A subtle experience if you are after midnight or midday coffee on a weekend. Good to go with your girl and dates are gonna be awesome. Try one of the pastries. Not a fan of their buffet though.

Very nice place to stay. Awesum location. Ahmedabad Mall is in front of hotel. Best mall of city. YOU can also have street food very near to hotel. Very good dinner and breakfast with smiling service. Swimming pool is average. You can ask for food and beverages at swimming pool desk. You can get alcohol in hotel wine shop with permit after competing the documentation.

The personal were really awesome took great care of my needs. Unlike typical conception of asking tips to do the service, at Hyatt Ahmedabad they refused to take tips but requested that if they like the service just rate them. I felt like I am back to world of decency and honesty.

I visited one of its restaurant — “college”. Though I don’t have any review to add because it is an experience that you don’t get so often! It is a temptation and legacy which they have maintained with their taste, ambiance, service and most importantly Quality! No matter when you go to fill the tummy, you won’t be disappointed! It just they have such perfection and international standard for food which satisfies your appetite! Thank you! I appreciated it!

Well maintained, clean place with happy environment. Staff and services is awesome, food is also tasty, however you can't get too much spicy food. But overall food is delicious. Interior decoration is also good. They keep it maintaining it very well that's why may be it is one of the well known Hotels. Rooms are big and clean enough. So you can feel relax in room also, and services is really excellent.

What a place it is A true 5-star hotel in Ahmedabad. What a great structure and the maintenance of it, is done so well. Beautiful exterior as well as the interior. The ambience is simply amazing. The services they provide.

Awesome ambience delicious food specially live Chinese Chef is also a great person. Had a wonderful experience. Had a buffet lunch there. Soup is just amazing. Proper hot and sour soup. Starters were also fine. Just did not enjoyed much of a main course as the food was not hot enough. But the desserts and the Chinese won the heart ♥ Class maintained.

Went to this 5 star hotel on 6th of February 2018 for a wedding reception. Awesome place for all the entertainment you need. Excellent food & beverages, staff, ambience, swimming pool etc.

Almost predictable experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel seemed a bit smaller that other properties, but as a guest just staying overnight I did not care much. I liked the room. It was well designed. However, I felt that there was more required in maintenance. The attention to detail seemed missing. The night lamp did not work. The electrical points on the study were a mess. The plate would come off with exposed electrical wires with even a shock hazard. I have a picture of the plate. The hotel Aircon did not have a heating option. Not that it gets very cold in Ahmedabad, but it took me a while to figure out that simply adjusting the temperature wouldn't work and I will need to use a quilt!

These people are so happy to help with anything you need. Genuinely. Have stayed here a number of times and always a good experience. The rooms are pleasant although close to needing refurbishment. Food pleasant and safe and the evening buffet is exceptional value. Enjoy.

Location is very good. But overall hotel is not as grand as you wud expect a hyatt to be. Staff is good. Pan Asian restaurant in 1st floor is disappointing. Room size is small and layout is unusual. But the massage function on the hand shower is amazing. You won't feel like coming out of the shower. Breakfast is good.

Hyatt is a good place for a team lunch or dinner. Ambience are so attractive. Its located near Ahmedabad One mall. Area is very poch and hence rates are also high. Food quality are average not as good as it should be. Staff is very co-operative and nice. We gone for team lunch at collage in Hyatt. Overall nice place to visit.

Great people and excellent food. Staff are unremittingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is so good and reasonably priced that you don't feel the need to go elsewhere. I recommend the local vegetarian specialities in particular. The bedrooms are large and well equiped however many of the fittings are worn and showing their age. It is nevertheless comfortable and clean. Reasonable value for money and the service is outstanding.

Had gone for a marriage function. Neat and clean place. But would like to Thank Mr Sachin who was serving us during breakfast. He was simply outstanding. Handling marriage crowd anyways is tough but he was servicing us with smile and going extra mile to make is comfortable.

It is an upscale and one of the best hotels in the city. Beautiful interiors and ambiance. A variety of tasty food items are available here. The hotel staff is very courteous and humble. Located very close to Vastrapur lake. First choice for stay of foreign state guests.

Located very centrally!, Now made famous as Heads of States @ China, @ Japan have been put up here! Been here for seminars and Dinners; staff has good courtesy, Valet parking is good> The restaurants have a wide selection @ dinner, balanced Veg — Non Veg dishes. At the same time for salads / desserts, would have liked a wider selection in the regular menu. Over all a great place to stay and eat, and for seminars!

The only drawback of the hotel is that unlike most 5 stars, it lacks a good view. But makes up for that as it is centrally located and easily connects you to the main parts of the city. Besides, the amenities here are top class: well designed rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good food. And the conference room and banquet hall here are very good too, which we used for a seminar.

The atmosphere around hotel is great. You can view entire city from top of the hotel and the transportation is Convenient to reach the location. The interior of hotel is great. The room service experience was good.

Ambience is good. For food, there are number of items to choose from, but for a 5 star hotel you'd expect it to taste better. Staff is cordial. The chef visited more than once asking if we liked the food. All in all, had a great time.

Hotel is lovely and tucked away in a great area with a very modern, Multi level shopping mall across the entry way from the property. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very modern. Overall the hotel is above standard with modern touches throughout, clean and very comfortable. Service far exceeded our expectations. Lovely staff and great experience!

A well run and comfortable hotel The food is excellent and anyone with a delicate western stomach like mine can be totally confident that it is also safe to eat. Unlike the street food, which is only for more robust Indian constitutions. The fixtures and fittings are starting to show their age but that is more than made up for by the staff who were helpful and friendly and beyond expectations.
