Nicely located in city. Clean spacious rooms served by smiling staffs. Restaurant bell pepper is a nice place to spend evening with good ambience, good food and satisfying services.
Yes they must improve on in room amenities like no sleeper in room and faulty TVs.

Friendly Atmosphere Low rate and best facility provider Hotel. Breakfast was very good. Dinner arrangment was awesome. Well decor Restaurant on the top floor gives great feeling.

Hotel is just 1Km from the Patna Junction. I was in Mini Club and as the name suggests it was mini only with almost all the amenities. It is quite good for those who want cossy feel with there partners. Price is comparatively very high even the food is also very expensive compared to other 3 star.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Windsors Patna*
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Windsors Patna, and I'm still trying to process the level of service (or lack thereof). The experience was nothing short of horrible. Basic amenities like water bottles were not provided in the room, and the housekeeping staff seemed completely unresponsive. When I requested an iron, it was either ignored or forgotten. Given the subpar service and unfulfilled promises, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their service standards, I'd advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

Very standar hotel in commercial areas. We attend a party in day. Food quality very standar. But no parking available in hotel. Dificult in parking.

One of the best hotel I ever visit in patna. Their breakfast is too good and restaurant staff was very supportive and welcoming. Room is too good but the only bad thing is they not provide complimentry water bottles but they provide normal water but please consider to give package water.

Located at the Exhibition road, its one of the busiest business hotels in Patna. Stayed here since many many years. Staff services is superb. Breakfast spread is wholesome and can match any star hotel's offerings. Budget wise not so heavy on the pockets.

Third class hotel.
They charged for Club room and complimentary breakfast and provide the Mini club room and inbreakfast area they refused breakfast sighting they don't have the list.
AC is broken with no swing and nothing.

One of the best hotels available in Patna. Location is excellent and very near railway station. Rooms, toilets, bed sheets are very clean. Rooms are a bit small.
Staff are polite and professional. Their Roof top restaurant is very big and can have a view of the surrounding. Food is yast and reasonable.
