The service was very good. And I love the way they treated us. The room was very amazing. I genuinely love it. Once visit if you want home away from home. The receptionist behaviour very good. They're very lovely people. ♥️♥️♥️love it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunview and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I have arranged birthday party of my son for 2 years…the owner Mr Vishal is an amazing person on both the ocassion…the food and the other arrangements are excellent …I strongly recommendation this hotel for party and other purpose.

Was there for a family wedding. Good room service and good facilities. Reasonable price for 1 day stay. Recommended. Location is also nice.

The arrangement at hotel sunview for our wedding were extremely disappointing and highly unsatisfactory. The food quantity was very poor. There was serious mismanagement in plate counting after seeving around 30 guests, the staff claimed that 80 plates had been used which is completely unacceptable.
Sweets were mentioned on the menu but were never served. Many of our guests could not have their dinner due to plates being deliberately withheld. Overall, the experience was very bad, and I would highly not recommend this hotel for weddings or events.

Room floor was very sticky like someone has wiped it with dirty mop. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Most disgusting was that when you use washbasin in the bathroom the water from it run right from your foot where you're standing. Maybe the outlet is not in place or whatever. Room was spacious with balcony.

Trip Quickly organization is quite good and their tour manager is the best specially Mr. Jay overall experience is so so. The organisation can provide us more comfort at this rate. Anyway you can go Meghalaya trip with them only if they include the place of stay at hotels on Cherapunji. Otherwise you schedule will be hectic.

Dirty rooms like hell. Had a very very bad experience during the stay. I was staying with my family for one night which turned out to be the most terrible night of my vacation. On asking and paying Rs20 for 1ltr water bottle, we got a sealed open bottle with a smell of phenyl, my mother had the water and she puked immediately. This hotel is not only turning nights into terrible but also trying to kill people. Shame to such hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The stuff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.

Recently, we celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Sunview Hotel with around 80 guests. The hall was spacious and well-suited for both family gatherings and official events. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the overall arrangements including the decorations were wonderful. It was truly a pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Recently I have stayed here for my official purpose, the behaviour of the staff at reception was totally unprofessional, they didn't gave any response towards our problem. They provided Soap, toothbrush and toothpaste after asking them for about three times, AC was also not working for the first day of our stay, apart from that they kept the hotel unhygienic. The bedsheet they provided was also darty. Staff behaviour of the kitchen was good. I will suggest the owner to take effective initiative to maintain a good quality otherwise your whole property is an waste. I will not recommend this hotel.

Underwhelming experience at its finest, room dinning area lift was very dirty. Reception staff were very rude, unfriendly, they don't even smile. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am giving 1/5 star. # bad hotel # wouldn't recommend.

Had checked in to this hotel after a long journey in the evening and it turned out to be a horror right from gate itself. They didn’t let our car in because there was some repair going on. The reception person was callous and rude. When we got in to room to our extreme shock we found bed linen unclean with stains. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches crawling around. The entrance to room was a shack and stinking. This was booked by our travel agent. The worst was the rude and arrogant attitude of reception desk and staff. Better stay in some Rly stn waiting room than check-in here.

Hotel is in a prime location. All cordial and tourists friendly front office staffs. AC, geyser and other amenities are full functional. Very safe for family.
