Low cost hotel with basic functionality. I experience internet challenges and could not get food after 10pm as the kitchen does not operate 24/7. It needs some improvement to improve quality and standard.

Quiet location off the main VIP road with ample car parking! The rooms are slightly dated with need for minor refurbishment. Otherwise it is a large property with lawns and enough space to take walks! Food is also excellent with enough variety. Overall, highly recommended!

I feel Ginger Hotel, Guwahati serves excellent services. Foods are good enough, tasty, timely available tea, snacks and foods. Rooms are very clean and tidy, good hospitality and workers are very friendly. Thanks to Ginger Hotel, Guwahati.

Hotel service is excellent. Room cleaning on time and staffs are very nice. Staffs are the main heart seekers and soft spoken… especially sabbir and padumi… Padumi became my daily gossip lady, it feels like family member… I am very much satisfied with their service… nice room. Neat and clean with good viewic scene… only location is little bit out of main town.

Substandard room: no towels provided (had to ask for them), basic toiletries not provided had to be bought, no hot water, water clogging in bathroom, cockroaches spotted a couple of times. AC working fine. TV patchy visuals. Bed linen clean. Hand towel had to be requested. Only one tea cup. Location inconvenient. Food ok. Overall very disappointing. Avoid.

I wanted to give 5 star rating based on the cleanliness, hygienic environment, service, staff behaviour, aura, basic facilities etc, but I am giving 4 star, because I was made to pay extra charge for laundry.
AAOverall it was a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is suitable for both couples, family. I highly recommend.

I was at Ginger Hotel Guwahati for 2 weeks and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's housekeeping was excellent, with regular cleaning and fresh linens. Room service was prompt, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious buffet, though dinner could have been better. Special thanks to Niranjan Nath for his exceptional hospitality in the dining area. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

Ginger Hotel at Guwahati located at the center of all businesses in the city & although the site opposite to ginger is being renovated by the government with a new lake… The hotel itself is very nice & the restaurant is simply very co-operative & prepares super food! Minhaz Uddin was in particular very friendly & the hospitality was excellent. Overall a very good stay & highly recommend for long business trips at guwahati.

Hotel location is much outer of city but parking space is good.
Food and service is very good. Cleaning and hygiene is below average in today's standard. Bath size is very small. I recommend it for Batcher trip but with family it doesn't suit you.

Had a pleasant stay at Ginger this week. Dilwar, a staff of the hotel has been helpful throughout our stay. Be it on time service or suggestions with what food to order, he has always served us with a smile on his face.

Very basic hotel, shower cap/ dental kit like accessories are not provided and come at a cost. Room service staff needs little soft skill training. Breakfast buffet can be better. Reception staff was good but rooms can have a better look especially bathrooms.

Old place but not like it used to be. Quality has gone down over the years. Possibly needs a revamp. So let’s hope for the best but yeah the location and views are good.
