Nice and clean room. I really love the bed and linens. Good bathroom. We enjoy the breakfast as well. Excellent stuff. The man on reception helped to book a secret lagoon. However, it it overpriced during summer season.

Very modern, comfortable and very spacious. My apartment had a connected TV on which was connected a Netflix account to watch movies or series and the Wi-Fi is fine.

Comfortable, quiet and clean place. My only wish was for more obvious temperature control in the room. Never found it!

The room was very big and comfortable. For the price, it was a great place to stay. Breakfast is a standard german-style with sliced meat and cheese, yogurt, fruit, bread and cereal.

Clean and modern hotel near rye city center. The staff is really nice and there is plenty of parking in the back of the hotel.

A so-so experience. First up, the negatives: The outer appearance of this hotel is nice, but if you look closer, the hotel was never finished. Unsecured concrete slabs, steel reinforcement and an unfinished facade can be seen. There are unfinished downspouts on the back which leak water, so algae can grow. Inside you get the same impression, the automatic doors don't open normally, the entrance hall is unfinished with a bare ceiling with cables hanging out, rails which seem to only temporarily secure the upper floors are made of badly painted plywood. The breakfast room is nicely set up, the entry desk is fine too. Only the drain pipes from the sanitary facilities above lead through the room below the ceiling. Now to positives: The rooms were ready before the usual check in time which was great, the staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel entrance, breakfast room, stairs and hallways are all clean and comfortable. The elevator is big enough for every person and luggage. The rooms are brilliant, clean, classy. There is nothing more to wish for. There is a rich breakfast every morning (keep in mind food is very expensive in iceland! ). Overall the rooms offer a nice stay, the breakfast is nice. To fit higher standards, which the owner clearly wants to reach with the high prices charged for a room there's a lot to be done on the surface of the building. Though in the end im just an architect who actually cares for this kind of things.

Wayyy too expensive for what you get. Rooms were clean and new though. Breakfast was very limited. Zero amenities. Not even shared space amenities like microwave, ice or vending.

It was clean spaceous and in the town center near all restaurants, I wouldnt wish for anything else.

We LOVED this place. Our two-bedroom, top floor apartment had a huge kitchen and living room, laundry, comfy beds, and a ton of light. Highly recommended for your Selfoss adventures!

This hotel is small, nicely located in Selfoss and has some good facilities. The totally free Wi-Fi is excellent and can get good signal in most places. The breakfast is good quality apart from maybe lacking some choice. Rooms are good, bathrooms better; clean, cosy, warm, and perfect after a cold winter day out. Supermarket is around the corner and would reccomenx this hotel if thinking of staying in Selfoss. The decor of the hotel seems to be unfinished, with balconies made out of wood, side of the building unpainted, and not much decoration which they could definitely benefit from in the main area. Note: nearly no tours start from here, so would have to go to Reykjavik (an hours drive).

Nice, quite modern Hotel with great friendly Service. We had 2 nights here, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. Typically the Hostel was not cleaned daily and beds made, for the price, but totally fine. There was a TV in the room and stable Wi-Fi. In the price included Breakfast, which was served as a Buffet. Us it tasted good, the selection was huge but adequate. On our second day, a larger Bus-tourists is, unfortunately, the group arrived, because the devil was going on at Breakfast and quite noisy. However, this was more on the behavior than at the Hotel. The Buffet was literally plundered, and the lady from the Service practically is not fulfilled. That was a bit of a shame, but otherwise no criticism. Location was also top and everything you need (supermarket, bakery, post office, petrol station) fußläufog accessible.

Modern, clean Hotel. We were here for 2 days. The rooms are very modern and clean. Beds are only made once. On 2. Day, everything remains as it is. On 1. Day, the Breakfast was very relaxed and extensive. On 2. The day was a Dutch group. Here is the Breakfast room had a high ceiling and relatively loud. But a primary of the guests that were, unfortunately, very well. The only Service force had to replenish the sweat the Buffet again. Service was always very friendly!

Nicely located Hotel and Appartment in the heart and Selfoss. We stayed here for one night on our travel along Iceland's south coast and had a nice stay. Supermarket and KFC are right around the corner and there are enough parking locations available. We booked a room in the hotel part of Bella, the room was clean and large enough for us two, luggage and did also include a large working desk. Breakfast with good choice was included and is served in the ground floor right next to the reception. Sadly I forgot my cameras battery in the Hotel room, but after a short email-contact they sent it to my home location at the other end of Europe. So I can fully recommend this location, five stars.

These apartments will open in 2015 have been some of the best I have ever found in Iceland. Rooms spacious and very well equipped.
