The house is a lot more spacious than we thought looking from the pictures and from the outside, and very comfortable even for a large group of 6 adults.

I booked the one hour private horse back riding tour. It was great, fun and educational. The horse that I got was calm and very well trained and fast. The trainer was also very nice and kind.

A really cosy and lovely place to stay just outside Egilsstadir. They had a washer and dryer available for use as well, which was very convenient!

Perfectly located lakeside cottage! Only a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and you can even watch the planes taking off and landing. The interior is very well-maintained. Highly recommend! "

Beautiful small house with a parking spot right in front of it. It could have been warmer when we came, but luckily the heaters work very well.

While it may be considered a basic guesthouse, it offered us exceptional comfort and coziness. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant views, overall atmosphere, and the room's spaciousness.

This very pleasant apartment was one of two on a farm directly below the farmhouse. With plenty of facilities, this clean and well-maintained property was hard to fault.

The rooms are fairly basic, but offer everything one needs for an overnight stay. You can even make some coffee, it has a refrigerator, which was convenient to store our things.

The guesthouse is in the middle of road 1 near Eglisstadir where you have gas station and convenience store. The room is spacious and there’s enough parking space outside.
