➜ Especially from the outside very chic & modern looking hotel with great service in the restaurant, sumptuous breakfast and very good food at dinner.
Unfortunately, outdated coffee machines with terrible coffee at breakfast and only soft, almost warm butter!
The rooms are a bit small, but they look modern. The bathroom already shows some signs of use.
The spa area is very chic and modern and very pleasing.
The hotel is ideally located next to the park in an urban setting.
Those who want a hotel in the green garden would prefer more of a different one.
The value for money is very reasonable and the overall package is right.
Extremely loud music 'till late evening, you feel the drums and bass in the bed and through the walls. Do not stay there if you want to relax or sleep before midnight.

I liked the attentive attitude of the staff. The Language barrier was not felt, the service of Russian-speaking managers came to the rescue. It seems to Me more time to explain the expediency and importance of certain procedures. Thank you.
