Very poor experience with them! We booked two rooms, one for us and one for son and girlfriend (both over 22). Arrived there to find that they have misread the booking (confirmed by Booking. Com) for 2 rooms, but they have only seen as one (apparently second was a few lines down). Their solution was to put as in an accomodation that may have been satisfactory (barely) for a family with perhaps 2 under 10's. They said that they would make necessary reasonable adjustments the next day (we only booked fir one night). Me and the wife slept on a sofa bed, small and extremely bad (mattrase possibly no more than 1") in what must have been a relaxation area by the kitcken. Both wife and I had a terrible night and woke up very early with back aches. Had to go through the son's room to the bathroom (get the picture). At check-out they offered a discount of €15, then €20, €25, and eventually €36. Reluctantly, we finally accepted this, after being threatened with police (we never said we would not pay, but insisted that any more than paying for a room was unreasonable). This really started us on a terrible pass for the day.
