The boat hotel has amazing views of the Parliament Building — I stayed for my birthday — staff were super friendly & helpful especially Victoria on Reception — room was clean comfy & spacious considering being a cabin on boat :) lots of storage space. Breakfast was good — continental style & served until 10am which is a plus! The boat is on the Buda side which is the quieter side which was nice. Fab thermal spa only a few minutes walk which was amazing. Budapest as a city is beautiful & clean with some pretty, amazing architecture, will definitely return as not enough time to explore fully — would probably visit spring time when warmer ☀️ WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL & THIS CITY FOR A CITY BREAK.

Me and my wife stayed for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience. The first thing I want to say is how polite and welcoming the staff were. I didn’t manage to get the lady’s name who was on the desk but she literally couldn’t do enough for us. She was so helpful, giving us directions and advice on where to go etc, she even gave me a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday gift. She is a credit to the hotel… Thank you so much. The boat itself is full of character and charm. The outside deck gives great views of the parliament and nearby bridge. We never had a river side room but it really made no difference to us. The beds were surprisingly comfy. The rooms tidy. The breakfast was to be expected very continental but when as an whole Budapest is very cheap it shouldn’t matter. I would definitely stay here again and I really love Budapest, great country and very friendly people. Thanks again

They were very helpful and friendly. I love the room so much. The water pressure of the shower was better than expected. Location close to Margid Hid and Bem Josef Tram Station. Very convenient!

Beautiful, perfect location diagonally opposite the palament. Beautiful seated upper deck for quiet evenings with breathtaking views of the illuminated Budapest. Buses or S-Bahn trains can be reached in a short time and restaurants/bars can also be found quickly. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Absolutely loved this hotel, slightly basic given the cabin rooms but this was no trouble whatsoever to us and the view of the Parliament building and the Danube would have made up for any short comings. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and proved this in our short stay. This isn't so much a complaint but as the staff are aware, the heavy rainfall caused a leak in one of the ceiling panels in room 210 and as soon as we alerted the staff they offered us other rooms and even free wine! If they're going to compensate us I'd greatly appreciate a discount on our next visit because we 100% intend to return, thank you for our stay and we hope to see you soon (with a discount perhaps)

Great views, fantastic friendly staff and a lovely location. Sitting on a deck chair overlooking parliament buildings was just perfect.

Amazing hotel, we booked a double city view room with breakfast and it really exceeded our expectations. The view was simply beautiful both at day and night. The hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice experience and super friendly staff. You have a wonderful view from the ship which is located close to Metro and Bus Stations that bring you to all the main attractions fast. Breakfast is good, nothing special but for the price OK. One thing I need to critisize: — the aircon is not working properly. We had to inform the staff two times (one Time 7 am in the morning, sweating as hell) so they can fix the Problem with the ac. Also the ac was pretty loud sometimes. All in all a nice stay in a sweet Hotel in beautiful Budapest!

Currently staying here for 5 nights. Rooms are clean and just about enough room. The breakfast has a good selection. The views from the boat are amazing, the parliament building can be seen very well and at night looks even more beautiful. I recommend this place for a stay. The staff are polite and speak good English.
