Creepy environment and NOT SAFE … Stay away if your want reasonable comfort. Do more research there are hostels offering better services @ the same rate or slightly more because it’s worth it. Well, I didn’t end up staying there because it’s NOT SAFE and I won’t get a refund (3 nights) because the rude manager on the phone was only interested in his reviews. Hello Manger I known you are reading, I am entitled to my reviews, it’s my experience so don’t say I left a bad experience. Don’t create a bad experience for your guests then. I am so shocked about this review average 4.4 you have but it will catch up with you soon if you don’t work on creating a better experience for your clients. The worst is Robbers attacked some guests hours earlier the day I got there and got away with passports, Visa cards and over a 1000 euros. there is nothing wrong starting a hostel small but don’t be a scam and be fair on refunds How can you squeeze 3 bunk beds in a children’s room with Barely any space to turn around or keep your luggage. It doesn’t look as it is on the website and pictures I booked a 5 people female dorm, I got there and it was 6 people. Bathroom is the size of a washing machine There are only two good things about this place 1. The receptionist 2. It’s easily accessible from Budapest Nyugati Train Station. 10 mins walk Decide for your self if you would give up security and for a nice receptionist I pray she gets a better position in a place well suited for her personality.
