Nice Botel Hotel. Friendly staff.

You could turn the hotel into a jewellery box. It just needs to be renovated. The cleanliness was acceptable. Unfortunately, there was no cleaning of the room during the stay and even the toilet paper had to be fetched at the reception. For a few days it is still OK with the price. Probably not for a longer stay. Earplugs are recommended as the walls are very thin.

Horrible accomodation. Dont reccomend it to anyone.

A calm and beautiful place.

This is the most horrible hotel. This is not even a hotel, but a hostel. In the room closet does not open, Washstand trusnut, in bed stick springs, toilet is broken. It's terrible!

Cheap and clean. There's no bar. Original remains the fact that the hotel in fact is a boat.

Couldn't even bear to spend one night here. Most probably okay for a summer visit but in Winter at night it is a dismal area. Managed to find alternative accommodation in the centre of Budapest for same price.

Not very clean, no service, very cold, no bar… nothing to drink… stir coffee and cold. Frightening… The photos of this hotel must be very old, because there is no bar, in the rooms no soap in the bathroom, no shower curtain, it looks very neglected, toilet is very dirty… staff very rude… not recommended!

It was a terable experiance. Unfreindly people that spoke littel to no english. First night had rats in our room. They tride to bite my roommate and ran around in her bed. Hotel was double booked and we were forst to stay next door at the canoe club. No towls, no bathroom in our room, no room service. We had to make our own beds. Back at the hotel, the place needed some attention badly. No restorant or bar. No barfridge, phone or coffee in the rooms. Beleve me! The photos on there website does not represent the poor quality or service that truely exist. Not 3 stars at all!

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER! This place was awful! My money got stolen out of our locked hotel room (from my luggage! ) the first day we were there. The hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate me and the police told me to forget about the money. They did not even contact me back as they said they would or give me a case number I could use for my insurance. It's also much further from the city than stated. We did not have a car and you have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop, climbing steps up the side of the highway where lizards run over your feet. Then you have to take 2 buses and a tram to reach the historical part of the city, traveling through very rundown parts of the town first. Coming back at night was scary and we were 2 women alone! We had to use taxis most of the time to avoid crossing a very scary, mostly empty bridge which resulted in unanticipated expenses besides my already stolen money. It was also the saddest breakfast ever! The first morning there were cheap vienna sausages floating in cold water (the warmer had been turned off). There was only a choice of a few rolls, horrible instant coffee, tea, and some orange drink that they put out every morning (I suspect the same ones which were not drunk the previous days). Breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am, but one morning I came down shortly before 10 and there was nothing at all! Not even boiling water to make coffee! When I asked for hot water I got lukewarm water from a kettle.

Very chic, very interesting.

Without infamy and without praise a little out of the way but if you don't have big claims okay means a 10 minutes walk for sure relaxing after the strenuous walks to Budapest friendly staff and prepared.

This hotel is great. The stylish atmosphere breaths on you from every its part. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned, so you can easily fall asleep even at hot nights. Beds are soft and comfortable. The view of Danube seen through round ship windows looks beautiful. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Breakfast buffet contains many different meals, both warm and cold, including e. G. Cereals, yoghurt and pieces of watermelon. However the prices of meals for lunch or dinner are a bit higher. If you want to visit Budapest and stay there in an unusual hotel, I recommend you to try this one. And if you don't travel by car, the best way to get to the city centre is by the HÉV train from Szent Imre tér (about 2km from the hotel).
