Wonderful staff very attentive and very helpful, room 205 was very quiet clean and spacious beds were so comfy. The breakfast was very nice plenty of choice. Spent my birthday here and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast and that night room service delivered a bottle of champagne to our room. Hotel is very well situated and I would highly recommend for a few days break in this amazing city.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms, tea making facilities and mini bar. Gym, sauna and spa bath upstairs and breakfast! WOW. Bottles of bubbly, fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, cooked meats and cheeses, full English, everything you could want. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend 100% and would definitely stay here again when in Budapest. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Great small hotel. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Bathroom, and shower were nice. Room layout was good and our room had a small balcony which was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of small amenities, such as computers, game area for kids, saun, hot tub, rooftop loungers, etc. Location is a little challenging as your have to walk 5-10min to get to public transportation. Not a big deal for us.

Rooms were great. Very clean. Staff were very nice and gave a great recommendation for a local place to eat and drink for our group.

Good hotel in the immediate city location. Large rooms and great breakfast. Super Spa area above the rooftops of Budapest. Smears only in cleanliness. (Cobwebs on the ceiling and a used towel on the floor was laid down again)

Located on the Pest side of the city in the Jewish quarter, the BO33 was ideal for us. A spacious room with a small balcony for fresh air (or for smokers to use), included a Nespresso machine and kettle for tea. Plenty of storage space was available for our luggage and this made the stay very comfortable. The provided usb hub was very useful for charging phones etc. — something many hours overlook. The reception staff were helpful and effecient, and spoke very good English which was very helpful as our Hungarian is very poor! The breakfast every morning was fresh and very varied, with slight changes each day but ways a great selection on offer. Champagne was available with it each morning, although we didn't always indulge. On the top floor there is a fitness room with a running machine and weights, a hot tub and Finnish sauna. If health and fitness isn't your thing, then it also offers a different view our over the city! We lived our time in Budapest, and if we ever go back, hopeduy there will be a room for us here. :)

Great hotel with good facilities. Gym is a little restricted. Extremely helps and friendly staff cannot do enough to make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go back.

Service and staff: what more, perfect and absolutely courteous! During our period of stay, there were few to no children in the hotel. Location and support leave no wish unfulfilled. If you are in the hotel as a family before 10pm, there are certainly no concerns about the streets.

Super stay of 5 nights spent with my girlfriend. The staff is friendly, helpful, smiling and ready to answer all of our questions. The breakfast was divine : grand buffet sweet/salty, chocolate fountain, champagne… And always well-stocked! Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and free access to the top floor. The room was large, comfortable, very quiet and perfect level of cleanliness. Only downside: the temperature was high enough in the room despite the heating being cut. We even spent a night window open by 5°C outside.

The personnel are very helpful and polite. A clean and tidy place to be, perfect breakfast. Thank you for your nice surprise.

The hotel is brand new, staff very knowledgeable and friendly, great reception! There are 2 PC's (Mac and Windows) and the spectacular Sky SPA on the top floor overlooking the city (WONDERFUL)! The rooms are spacious, poulite, well heated and equipped with all comforts! Only the breakfast in my opinion could be even more complete and then if I ask for a glass of water you do not need to serve a bottle of 25 cl and make me pay 2 euros! Apart from this detail, very close to Metro 2 and the train station, RECOMMENDED!

Well located, walk easily to the city, but also by metro. Always well served, plentiful choice. Rooms large and well equipped.

I very much enjoyed staying here and my husband loved it! The staff make this hotel. They are exceptional. They were friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived. We were even upgraded from a superior room to executive. During our stay my husband became ill and the hotel staff contacted the doctor for us. They were very helpful indeed. We enjoyed the breakfast and the sparkling wine is superb! And a very nice touch. Also, complimentary tea and coffee available 24 hrs. There are many positives about this place, but … My only negative is that our room smelled of stale smoke, as though it used to be a room where smoking was allowed and that smoking had penetrated soft furnishings and the carpet. My husband didn't mind, but I wasn't so happy about it.

Could hear the people in the next room. And loud noise from air con. But breakfast lovely and in good location.

The rooms are very nice modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing, such an abundance of good food. On arrival guests get a free glass of champagne at the bar, which is a nice friendly gesture. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

A perfect trip to an extraordinary hotel!

This is a really nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, good beds, decent (but not amazing) location. Complimentary coffee, croissants, and lemonade in the lobby. Reliable Wi-Fi (not super fast but good enough for us to watch Netflix). Also a good shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Family and also business hotel, nice staff, nice rooms, quite close to the city centre (15min walking distance). Breakfast ok, everything seems fresh, only one minor issue — I asked for 2 small coffees into 1 cup, I received 2 big coffees in 2 cups :) …

Not bad lobby nice coffee growing lemonade at will.

I highly recommend this hotel. Quiet location but not far to the metro and tram stops, large clean comfortable rooms, great selection for breakfast, and very friendly staff. A great base for a sightseeing holiday in Budapest.

A good hotel with very friendly staff! I enjoyed the breakfast — served in a small area but gives a family atmosphere. Wifi is free and works brilliantly. Hotel supplies pocket Wi-Fi for €4 a day — perfect for getting to know Budapest with Google and satnav. Good size rooms supplied with coffee maker.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Special birthday stay, kind and thoughtful bottle of sparkling Hungarian wine on ice in our room when we arrived. Was so impressed, and enjoyed the hotel and facilities so much that we reserved a second visit here. There's a small fitness suite on the roof, alongside a hot tub and sauna with great views. Brilliant varied breakfast options, including Hungarian bubbles. Very clean rooms and in a reasonably central location. Good for trams 4+6 and the Jewish quarter.
