Spent 3 nights here, adequate for a short stay, fantastic location for everything. Lovely Bangkok Thai restaurant opposite which we used twice, markets close by, hop on hop off round the corner, trams & public transport all in easy walking distance. Small dining room, breakfast best left till after 9.30 otherwise no room for breakfast & very noisy. Staff not that friendly & very noisy clearing dishes away seems like they don't want to be there. Rooms ok, hanging space but no shelf space, nice big shower.

This is in a good location very close to the river. The rooms are tiny but clean and just about adequate. There is very little in the way of storage for your cloths, so pack lite. The staff at the front desk are great and very friendly and helpful. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbours chatting all night. You could even hear their mobile vibrating in the middle of the night. The breakfast is very disappointing. There are a total of 40 seats for a hotel that accommodates about 180. This means there is a long queue waiting for breakfast and if you are a group of 5 like us, you will end up split across multiple tables. There is nothing fresh and the selection is pretty poor. This could so easily be improved. Shame!

Great location for this hotel however the walls are so thin you can hear people having a normal conversation in the room next door. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. The room was nice, a little smaller than expected but overall good condition.

Still nice and especially in a great location… very small rooms to tidy up.

Very nice Hotel. It is in the middle of town near the local area, which you can walk to, and close to metro and tram lines to all areas of Budapest, including airport.

The hotel is very centrally located. The rooms are a bit small but otherwise it is a clean and modern hotel. The staff is friendly. The price is not exaggerated. The hotel is very well suited for a short stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cozy clean and complete 2 days without problems.

The bed linnen had not been changed since the previus guest. The hotel manager said that I was wrong and blaimed the company that washes the bed linnen for not washed them good enough. Still the bed linnen where full of spots and hair that was not mine.

Nice hotel. Rooms are good for the price. Breakfast is as you'd expect and has a good choice. A good location as you can easily walk to the main square, shopping and restaurant options.

Very bad Hotel. Very old. Room smells bad, bathroom / shower old and was not clean. Breakfast was not fresh and delicious. Bread from yesterday. Only Joghurt was good. Never ever to this hotel!

You could not get a better location and the hotel is very nice. There are excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. The room was a bit small by American standards but fine for Europe. Staff was excellent. Roughly a tee shot and a seven iron from the Danube, but no golf course nearby. If I ever go back to Budapest this will be my first choice of places to stay.

Love the location and that you can park your car. Great shower. Hated the bed. For a hotel that is still young, the bed was worn on one side, not on the other. Got a horrible night sleep and my back was so sore. Glad we only stayed one night. If we booked it for more than one night, we would surely had to move. Good breakfast. Serves American coffee. The temperature control in our room sucked. Our room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. Hotel staff was nice and very helpful.

Rooms were nice, the breakfast was good and the hotel was really central. We were booked in a smokers room the first day, which was unexpected and unacceptable. They managed to switch the room a day later but refused a monetary compensation so the overall experience was subpar. If you come early in the day of arrival you'll have a good time though.

A really nice place to stay for a few days! The location is perfect — almost everything that you might want to see in this beautiful town is within walking distance. There were a couple drawbacks — it feels like the cleaning staff is purposely trying to be loud early in the mornings and the bedding was slightly uncomfortable. Also on a good note, to anyone going there you may have to pay a tourist tax, so don't be surprised! ;)

Very nice staff and friendliest (unlike other hotels in Budapest), very clean environment and rooms also at the height of a 4 star. Traveling with a child of 8 Mesihanno responded positively and with such kindness to the request to cook something appropriate for him. Also centrally located along the Danube and within walking distance of tram, metro, tourist bus and many restaurants and shops. Good breakfast In a word: Excellency.

More a 3 than a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, but we were not very impressed. Location is very good though, close to subway and close to see city centre on foot. Friendly staff. I would recommend hotel: basic but enough for a citytrip fi.
