Pessimistic customer service, sr sherwood maintain your facilities and change your staff if you are not going to lose clientele, THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST is horrible is like a dish for children, the cold food half toast is a shame and the pool is like a pile or bleachers has.
my experience with my wife was very bad.

Personally I did not like the attention of the manager Pedrina, probably in past years she has been friendly but currently she is lousy to many customers she treats them badly she does not have enough education on how to treat customers and staff let's not even say to begin with they have very little staff in reference to the waiters they are very friendly but the manager exploits them, with reference to the rooms are horrible totally old, the whole hotel needs maintenance because when it rains the rooms get wet and the hotel practically floods, horrible everything is horrible they need a radical change and a manager who knows how to manage the hotel.

A disgusting Hotel! Nothing in the photo, dirty disgusting, or given away I go back there, the breakfast it serves is just beans and egg. Very few staff to attend in high season. The rooms are not what they paint in the photos they upload, it is very old and the worst without cleaning. The supervisor or duel q is in the morning is a pedant. 0/5

Amazing hospitality, extremely friendly. They made my stay comfortable and fun. The manager was super nice and I didn't want to leave.

when a family is supposed to stay, that's why a room with multiple beds is rented. Next to us was a couple to make a fuss and a man moaning to the WHORE.
it cannot be that they put couples with families on a par. For that there are couples' rooms.

Terrible attention we were told that we had to wait 1 hra to eat and spent more than 2hras waiting and never served her. Food and to finish hide the complaint book as a pesimo restaurant.

Adequate, clean lodging with decent food for our 2 days of R & R after working hard for 9 days as volunteers on a Canadian medical brigade to rural Honduran villages.

Excellent rooms, clean and the beds are comfortable. Large bathrooms with 24-hour hot water service. The service of the swimming pool is until 23:00 out of respect to the other guests. The attention of the employees is of the best quality. While it is one of the best hotels in lodging your kitchen leaves a lot to be desired as it was not completely to my liking as it was simple and insipid.

A hotel that enjoys the sea close to its restaurant has a natural aquarium that enjoys beautiful fish, the food has good proportions and good natural fresh according to the season.
The rooms are air conditioned but lack insulation on their roofs so water many times seeps into the rooms and you should take care, do not enjoy hot water in some rooms, and as an advantage in some rooms you have access to Free Netflix, the Wi-Fi is completely free but it doesn't always get to the hotel rooms or lounges so you can get to go offline.

Quite expensive, doesn't offer anything, rooms in bad condition, and the ugly, pools dirty. And when I went to order my breakfast, I put a bad face and by the price of the hotel only lets you eat a small plate of food and not leave you asking for a second glass of juice and told me of a way malcriada and disrespectful. I went to report the bad behavior of the employees and did nothing. I would not recommend it.

Excellent I was fully attended to I was pleased in tastes and a first town and establishments of first time in the pool I had a very excellent time with my family.

We have used this hotel. A few times with groups and it has always been good. The food is good and the rooms are priced good and can be negotiated. Will use it again.

The place is okay for the price. However, the room was not ready when we arrived the TV remote and towels were missing and the staff was not attentive. On the positive side it was on the beach, air conditioner was cold, water was hot in the shower.

The worst place to go to enjoy with your family at the beginning we were charged thousand lempiras to only use one of the shacks that are on the beach and after rented tap the champa lady who was responsible was grocera didn't have anything about education and charged us 20 lempiras per person just to use the bathroom… then my aunt went to the bathroom and one of the workers told him that as we had rented the champa baths were free then Lady we wanted encenar to the laws of the hotel and not said none of that was pure inventions of the worst place Lady… good advice not ballan to that place I don't give half a star because they have the worst customer. Not is recommended if you want to go to enjoy in family the other places let you use the champas baths for bathing and free with tansolo latrines consume restaurant… the worst place does not serve This place sucks at the beginning we rented a little hut at the beach and it cost a thousand lempiras which it's outrageous suddenly as we where trying to use the bathrooms the uneducated lady who was in charge was charging me and every single person who needed to use the bathroom 20 lempiras per person to use the bathroom which it's ridiculous when the other places let you use the huts by the beach bathrooms and showers for free as long as you consume from their restaurant… Worst place ever! Stay away if you want to have State Duma and enjoy with your family this place sucks I wouldn't even give it half a star… so disappointed.

Wonderful staff, nice location and the food is terrific. I like that this hotel is right on the beach, it's really a good place for families with children. When I return to Tela I am staying here as the rates are reasonable. The staff are friendly, is Anna still here?

Very expensive for what it is. You have to renew the cameras.
