If you come for business, it is well located and cheap. The rooms are generally clean. Access to reception is very strange. It could be for security reasons. The best part is the breakfast although I would say that the area is quite dark and not very decorated.

All very clean. The cleaning staff are very very friendly. The very nice restaurant. Very attentive reception people. Super rich and varied food. Coffee is not good, I recommend using national brands!

Fantastic and well kept Hotel for Honduras. I've stayed at many here over the years and this is the one I always find myself coming back to. Well done and keep up the great work Hyatt Place Tegucigalpa.

The place nice but dont like the food need more flavor.

For 3 adults and 1 Child only one set d soap and towels dd should be minimum three the receptionist did not give us good treatment.

It is a stunning, modern and exclusive hotel where you can tour, good attention and friendliness of its staff, and its exquisite food. The terrace area is a luxury as you have a perfect view of the capital. Super recommended!

Near the Hotel u will find Vinalia, and some other restaurants and very close its hair salon, barber shop, supermarket with a variety of food, also dentists offices. But be ready for the prices (not so bad) I will return again and enjoy a glass of wine at VINALIAS…

Entrance is bit confusing and also if you are new here then getting to reception is also confusing as its not at the entrance of the building its at the first floor and nowhere its mentioned… Rest all are too good. For vegetarian there are only fruits and potatoes stuff so very less option for veggies.

I liked the food and comfort in the pool, if I recommend it, the only thing the lovi is small.

Amazing service, staff is very welcoming and warm. Food is very tasty and for breakfast they offer a big variety of choices. The pool area is nice and you get to have a nice view of the city, at night is even better.

It is a nice hotel but the captain of Banquet is a lack of ethics daring and shameless and I mean Juan Carlos Q mixes The personal with the labor that only to give work asks sexual favors and I have proof of that and more and besides that it likes to borrow and not Pay, the hotel is nice and excluding that guy there are honest, educated people and excellent people departing that Mister Juan Carlos Zelaya.

Nice experience stayed with Hyatt. Breakfast was good, the staff members are user friendly, gym is good well maintained, each equipment has digital TV and internet access. Roof top restaurant is amazing with city views. When compare to Marriott Tegucigalpa, the breakfast is ok.

Terrible experience in the hotel restaurant, cold food, menu without much choice, the simple pasta without taste. By the way I ordered asparagus and never came to my table. The hotel is very nice in its facilities but I do not recommend the restaurant.

Very good location and very nice rooms.

As a regular guest, I recommend the hotel. Modern and large rooms with sofa, with large TV. Good breakfast without a huge variety, live cooking. The letter has been improving little by little and is eaten/dined well. Hotel opened in 2015.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The rooftop bar is a pretty sweet spot but the drinks are not worth it — seem pretty watered down… (Sangria, tequila, and other cocktails). Overall a great experience.

Really nice facility, easily the best in Tegucigalpa. Good secured placed. Good food, a little pricey, but good enough. The staff is very good, the reason I return… Centrally located. Why a 4 star? Whats the Flaw? Owrners and upper management. Like all business in Honduras, they don't know how to appreciate long term clientele, most believe in the now rather then the long term, and its almost confrontational if you approach them (They need retraining. ) But, I'm a critic, of the "more involved" type of guest… At the end, however, I do still recommend it…

Excellent location, good is great, convention spaces are adequate. I love its interior decorations and minimalist design, rooms are visually clean and comfortable. Parking is underground, so a bit cramped there. The hotel has a small pool in its upper floor, with no permanent lifeguard, so watch out if going with kids.

Very good location, modern style, very good rooms and pool on the roof, and is inside a commercial complex with its own boulevard, hard to find a better place to stay.

Glenda, Lester, Mrs Anna and Eduin will make you feel at home and will get things done promptly. You won't know you are in a Hyatt abroad until you step outside and go exploring.

Amazing Staff! Too many to mention. Claudia and Doris and all the front desk staff were nice! Only wish they had a Hot Tub, but Hyatt points make up for it ;) very close to a mall and Movie theater. Very clean and Safe Hotel. Gery was very attentive and always helped with my luggage. Marlon and Glenda made sure I got what I needed for breakfast. Lesdly was so humble and Christina is amazing at cleaning rooms! Clean Gym too. They provide water bottles daily. Honestly I didn't know what to expect in Honduras with the crime rate, but staying here made me feel like a home away from home and hopefully can come back again soon and see the same helpful staff! Even the cooks were Humble and smiled every day! THUMBS UP HYATT. Thank you, alma.

Stayed here at the Hyatt for a week and a half. The main reason I chose this spot was because it was very close to the U. S Embassy and I am also a Hyatt points memeber. I truly recommend this hotel. They made me feel like home away from home. Claudia did her best to make sure my reservations were in order and everyone at the front desk were warm and pleasant. They speak both English and Spanish which is a plus! Housekeeping was great! Lesdly is very kind and Christina was the most organized cleaning lady I ever experienced! Thank you! Marlon and Glenda helps you every morning or evening for breakfast which is delicious with lots of Hot and cold meals to choice from. Very clean up to date gym. Clean pool too. Just didn't use it. I only wish you had a Hot tub for those long day walks. Overall an excellent SAFE place with a small mall in front and Movie theater. Thank you Hyatt Staff, because of your kindness I feel safe again to travel and visit Honduras with the family next time!

Excelente place to stay. The rooms are big, the food outstanding and the staff friendly. The parking place and system are a bit odd, but everything else was outstanding. Good gym and swimming pool and if you like to run outside, it is easy to find a few good routes.
