Good place… cheap… has room service/restraunt that you can order from. English and spanish speakers available. Big outdoor pool. Has a club called doce which is open quite late and has good music playing. Wi-Fi is password free so be careful, maybe use a vpn. Location is 30 minutes walking to a popular mall that has a good food court and movie theater. View is pretty awesome.

Very convenient, the hotel is old however it is maintained. Very good breakfast.

I was a guest in an event at the hotel. Problems appeared since the start. We were kept waiting for one hour before entering the event in a corrider so narrow only three people could stand at each other's side. This wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for how short the corridor was, which made the line go all the way back, circling twice around the same hall. With about 700 guests invited, it soon became a problem. The reason why we weren't allowed to enter was simply because the hotel wasn't able to clean up the previous night's event in time and were still preparing our event. They even continued preparing for our event after the event started. The event was good, except for the food. The food was insipid and the meat was burnt. Other minor flaws were present, like some tables lacking tablecloths. I'm giving three stars because I know the hotel is more than the event I assisted. I know the rooms are clean, and it has good restaurants and bars.

Nice place, amenities may feel or seem a little outdated. Near some nice restaurants (Rojo verde y ajo, Amanda's) and night life — salsa dancing (Sabor Cubano), Galeanos Cafe, a craft brewing place.

A traditional hotel in the capital with good service. Good food but I miss enormously the times of a person icon and an entire institution in the hospitality of Mrs. Mayra Morillo.

Lucky to be a 3 star hotel. Needs major renovation. Rooms are as clean as they can be. 20 minutes to the airport. Distances are deceiving because of the hills. Taxis are everywhere. $15 to $20 to airport. Breakfast was included and was good. Everyone was very nice. Has bar and food. Big swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Has a gym but didn't check it out.

Nice hotel but the bar is very noise.

It is a hotel located near the historic center of Tegucigalpa, despite being somewhat old is in excellent condiciomes. It has good kitchen, bar, but I don't like the attention starting at reception.

Not yet I stayed in the but I use other services such as restaurants, swimming pool and the bar Twelve, which is in the very quiet to spend a while entertaining.

Good services available. Enough parking space although it is a little expensive. Bars, restaurants and pool area are good. Excellent prices for events.

It is a hotel with professional staff and attentive, plus they have a delicious menu, the atmosphere is pleasant and large rooms, is also in the center of Tegucigalpa, a few meters from the central square and several museums in the same way it is very easy to navigate from there to the business premises of the boulevard morazán and in the hotel will provide transportation agreement if so requested by.

Traditional Hotel in Tegucigalpa. Very close to the center of the city. Steps from an area with restaurants and good bars. They serve a good breakfast. There are more modern hotels and luxurious but it is always a good option.

An ideal hotel for people who are looking for comfort and proximity to the center of the city. With very good rooms for conferences and other activities. The food is exquisite, I have attended events of the embassy of Taiwan, among others, and I left very pleased. The rooms are very comfortable and the attention very good, and in front of the hotel there are very good bars that don't have to go so far, highly recommended.

Classic Latin American hotel. Large, nice decorative touches, and nice architecture. Nice bar area in the back with great views of the surrounding hills.

Stayed quite a few times in this hotel lately, awesome service. Rooms have carpet floor, big windows, lovely beds and really nice bathrooms with tubs and everything. The breakfast offered with the room is a full buffet, very nice food, you serve yourself and they have all you can think on to breakfast, from fry traditional Honduran food, too fruits to cereals and toasts. Every other part offer in the hotel works perfectly, pool area with has a Jacuzzi, gym area, nice bar (although I avoided cause of the price, I walk across the street and get beers 1/3 the price). Location is nice as there are some nice bars/restaurants across the street and around the corner with some nice security in the area. Have no reason to even look for another hotel every time I return to Tegucigalpa. I stayed a few times in this hotel recently, an impressive service. The bedrooms are carpeted, large windows, beds, beautiful bathrooms and very well accommodated, with tubs and all. The breakfast offered with the room is a full buffet, very good food, you are served and have everything that you can think of in a breakfast, from traditional honduran food also fruit, cereals and toast.

Cool new bar and restaurant! Very neat atmosphere. Good service. Note that bathrooms are downstairs.

The hotel is nice and clean. Unfortunately our stay was not as impressable since there were hundreds of university students visitng for the week and they assigned them rooms on all floors, without thinking about how other guests would be affected by the loud group. We complained multiple times but all the hotel staff offered was to change our rooms.

Amazing hotel, great memories definitely. With really great amenities and a pretty big pool this hotel isn't only beautiful in the inside but it's located in a strategic place in the city where you'll find almost anything you need within minutes of distance. Not less to say, it's the most popular hotel that hosts most bilingual school's proms.

I was a 15 yr. Client of Hotel Honduras Maya, Had great business with them. Events. Parties. Dinners. Seminars. All. Have stayed in their rooms. The Lobby Bar used to me my daily after work hangout. In the 80's lots of guys did R&R and partied so much one of them jumped from his room and missed the pool. Could have been worse, I have great memories. Hi Rickie and the rest! Cesar.
