There was no food at the restaurant, only pupusas and anafe for 3 days. The breakfast was very poor, and they never answer the Phone at the front desk. High prices. Im not satisfied at all with my stay.

Very nice and clean, service is amazing and receptionist very kind Nice location with restaurants at few steps from the hotel, in the Parking area.

More than 72 hours trying to contact them and it’s practically impossible! Smh 🤦‍♂️

I spend a very good time at the Holiday inn it was a very quiet and resting time, they have what you need in their rooms! the people its very nice and helpful, the hotel it's in a very exquisite location where you can walk to the restaurants area! I would recommend.

Great location! Definitely good for biz trips, it has no restaurant but in the plaza where it is there's a variety of options to eat… They arranged with these restaurants that u can charge it to the room so it makes it more appealing. The breakfast are ok, the coffee is terrible but in grl it's good for a quick stay!

Really a good hotel with a good breakfast selection buffet style, clean restrooms, very decent PC's on site with internet access and printing accessible options for business folks on the run or informal business meetings, The management is great to deal with, Taxis right outside the door and quick to respond with a great $6.00 taxi fare to anywhere within reason of the hotel, shopping mall is very close by and easy to get to, also their are a few great places to eat within a very short walking distance of the hotel… My only thumbs down is the swimming pool area, not very attractive or desirable, Other than that the place is a winner!

The hotel was good with all the essentials with price wise was really bad. I arrived to the hotel as the prices online was 86 dollars and the lady in the counter said that their price is 125 and they could not give me the online price that I need to book online if I want those prices. 5 minutes later after booking and paying a wrong date by mistake as I have an important appointment she told me that they cod not fix it for me, I decided to pay in the counter even the price was almost double because I needed to get ready for my appointment. 5 minutes later I Paid 185 dollar for one night… NOT REALLY the type of hotel that I will paid over 80 dollar per night. Yes I could go to other hotel but like I said… I had an important meeting to attend and my time was to close.

Their plus plus is the knowledgeable front desk team… Their made service is a plus. Incredible service, small price to pay for their greatness service, God bless you all at HIExpresss.

Comfortable cozy, do not have an internal restaurant for lunch and dinner, only provide breakfast and is not very varied, for the rest is good.

It's just an Holiday Inn EXPRESS. The room was ok.

I think I stayed at this hotel I don't remember… something about they didn't sell beers from the hotel that I wanted or any beer at all but really wanted cervesa de salva vida. Anyhow Tegucigalpa is nice to check out on foot.

Excellent new hotel. Good size rooms, convenient pool, food plaza right outside hotel and good location. Safe area. Presidential house a few blocks away. Excellent working areas by the Lobby. Nice lounge areas with tvs. Taxi cabs from airport can be charged to room and cabs to airport can be charged to room prior to check out. Excellent staff. No noise building.

Pesimo service I have been calling and me not answering I need to make a reservation and when I answer I move I imagine that the area in charge and they don't answer that sad, it is not a cheap hotel and bad service as well as charge should give a good service and as a chain hotel. In a Hotel a call without answering it is a lost customer and a sale lost. This happens only perhaps in hotels of 3 stars and below. That's sad!

This is an excellent hotel and well priced. New and modern facility, very clean and excellent service. There is a food court within in the premises with security and a wide variety of restaurants from casual/bar to Italian and Argentinean, so you dont have to go far for a good diner. There is also a "Cafe Americano" which is the Honduran version of Starbucks. Only better. They have taxi service at the front desk and the taxi fare can be charged to the room. I'm a frequent traveler, and since I always think there is room for improvement, I rarely score a 10. This is an exception as I give it a 10.

Excellent. We had an event in the meeting room and the care was first. It is a small hotel that delivers what it promises. Has aa plaza san Rafael is a plus.
