Large rooms with great air conditioning but staff are often very slow and rude, food is mediocre, and there's basically no Wi-Fi.

Spent our christmas holiday there. It was beyond amazing. Everything was perfect: comfy beds, tranquility (hate loud music in resorts), food was great and delicious and the bar and snack bar was perfect. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the facilities, very nice and comfortable, most of the staff is very attentive, except for the one that attends in the snacks, very disgusting the young woman, they should give her a better training, it is unpleasant that looking for recreation you receive bad attention. Otherwise I recommend it, I have visited it on several occasions.

This has been the best vacation ever! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have never been treated so well or see such an amazing reef and fish. Every dive has been simply beautiful. I will definitely be coming back and strongly recommend a vacation here!

Nice design but customer service is not great. Staff don’t speak English (75%), management doesn’t support staff. We had to eat with hands because there were not enough utensils thank god that day they had finger food. Room stayed without electricity for 3 hours our 1 st day — I would not recommend this resort to any of my friends. This is just a fraction of what I have to say — if I start talking about the drinks will take another 1/2 page.

I stayed at this resort for a dive vacation, and it did not disappoint! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is amazing and the dive shop was the best! The dive shop was more than I could’ve hoped for. Hanna followed me around and took pictures of my dives and our dive master, mark, was the best, he found so many different types of wildlife, it was just amazing. Best diving I’ve ever experienced. My only complaint is the food, definitely could use some improvement, but the drinks made up for it! I’ll stay here again any time! (Hopefully next year! )

The staff was so friendly and helpful with answers to our questions. The beach was super clean, and the food was delicious. Our bartender was wonderful, and treated us as if we were family. If you get tired of the saltwater, the pool is absolutely incredible!

I loved the place, excellent attention, the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and comfortable, the hotel's beach is spectacular, you have several options of bars and restaurants, so I was not missing anything, undoubtedly the best holiday in a great place.

An amazing hotel located in paradise. It's all inclusive way is a great way to relax and enjoy your stay. The food was amazing and I loved the lobster. Chef Roberto makes an amazing menu and delicacies. The beach was incredible a slice of heaven, with so many activities like jetboard, glass bottom boat, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, waverunners, snorkeling and scuba diving, because The Bay Islands has the one of the coral reefs in the world that has an amazing variety of species. A truly remarkable vacation.

Hotel with all-inclusive, variety of food and different themes for the night; also you can book other restaurants from the hotel and ask for the letter at no cost. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The very beautiful beach, white sand, crystal clear water and all kinds of water sports and mountain activities.

We loved the staff, hospitality and most of the food. The only thing missing is the evening entertainment. Going on vacation is all about sunny beach days and long nights of fun, not sitting in your room and watching TV.
Every night after dinner that was it, unless you want to sit at the bar and just get drunk.
Please add some entertainment, it would make that experience so much better.
Oh and some of your front desk staff needed a bit of an attitude adjustment.

Easily the best resort we've visited on our cruise. Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant. The pool is also one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

The room was great service was super the ocean view room I couldn't ask for more we were treated like Kings food was great. Every body was so nice I can't way for our next vacation.

Amazing food. Great service. Polite people. Fun and devoted staff. Good drinks. Paddle boards and canoes included. All around amazing.

Very pretty location. Came from RC ship. They where not ready for us. Out of ice and margarita mix. Welcome drinks got poured back into large container after sitting out and never told they where everyone's welcome drink. My hat was stolen when I asked for help no one spoke English all of a sudden. Very upset to have been stolen from here feel unsafe now I do not drink alcohol so I know where my stuff is but can't help thieves in the area.

The rooms were very nice. The grounds were great. I found the food, more like Cuba than what I expected. Seemed like more of the same, just presented differently. It was quiet (if you stayed in the pool area). Don't like all the Peddlers outside on the beach, or the influx of Cruise Ship Tourists (5000 hit the beach 3-4 days a week) they are quite a force to e reckoned with. But most that was in control of the Staff was good.

Great place to relax and enjoy both the ocean and a pool within 50 yards of each other. Poolside service was a little slow but I was there to relax. Nice that they accept credit cards.

Great experience, friendly staff, beautiful location. I attended a wedding here. I had an all inclusive package and thought it was a great value. The staff are what makes this place great. From reception, to the bartenders, cleaning staff, every one was very attentive, friendly, and in good spirits. Prime location literally seconds from the beach with pools as well in case you're sea shy. Food was decent in the all inclusive package. It isn't going to blow you away but that's expected from a buffet. Wi-Fi could definitely be improved as the didn't have access inside my room only by the pool. Recommended if you're planning on vacationing in Roatan. As far as the wedding goes I thought it was the most beautiful wedding and reception I've been to. Absolutely gorgeous location for everything. Service was excellent as well.

We didn't stay here, just had a few drinks while snorkeling. The bar is right on the water. The beer selection is good and relatively cheap, and the mixed drinks were amazing.

It was nice in the past… I haven't stay there in a while… other hotels at this time are nicer and have great people. I should visit them again to have a better perspective from now.

I was invited over at Mayan Princess Beach & Dive resort for a full experience and it was an unforgettable time. I loved the snorkeling, the kayak paddle, and the customer service. The apartment that we got was very modern and well equipped and I'm definitely returning! the only thing I honestly thought wasn't tok great was the buffet food… "mexican night" "american night" "chinese nigh"? Seriously? If I go to the bay island give me some freaking conch, shrimp, fish, or ceviche! Seriously! However, the guy that makes the omelettes simply makes the best omelette I've had in my entire life, in the whole world.

Facilities are great but the internet sucks! They need to upgrade their routers or just add some extenders. The food is ok nothing to write home about but the service is superb!

5-Star facilities and service.

Diving in roatan was amazing. Friendly staff and large rooms. Cozy resort not too busy. Food at the buffet is acceptable, not great. Lacking variety in desserts. Lobster and shrimp at the 3 restaurants were delicious.

Unique experience and Expectacular.

Paid for an 5 hour excursion to Mayan Princess resort to a private beach for "all inclusive". Drive to resort is 1 hour one way from Carnival port. When you get there your shown to a small area of the resort. Your allowed to use the "green" lounge chairs only. Your not told until you arrive that the beach is full (And I mean full) of locals trying to sell you stuff, on a side not they are not allowed to cross the line (marked off by white flags) unless you call them over. They walk between your chair and the beach. The buffet is onky from 11-1, and the drinks are weak, unless you slip the cabana guy a few extra bucks. Not worth the almost $300 we paid for the 3 of us.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, I meet some really awesome people. The bartender Erick was numbed one, he provided a great atmosphere and knowledge about the island to keep you from getting ripped off on different tours he was helpfully. He was walking buy and saw that Douglas in guess services did not want to assist us in moving rooms when we asked for a bell cart. Erick stopped what he was doing; got Mr. Do it all Richard and those guys assisted me and my girlfriend on the move to a new room… so I just want to give a special thanks to Erick, Richard, William, Ismael and Darwin on great customer service and made the vacation one to remember.

Mario Funez was awesome. He was able to hook us up with the best island tour guide, Fredy Hyde, and they both made our last day in Roatan the best day. Marc at the dive shop, muy bueno, he took the best care of our large dive group and help with accommodating all our dives around the weather. Berry, our dive master was fantastic. He knew all the dive spots and and insured all of our safety while showing us all the wild life.
