It is a 5 star hotel; the beds very comfortable and soft to rest and best of all, I forgot in the room, my briefcase with my valuable belongings and they called me to warn me of oblivion and gave it to me in full. Excellent staff with ethics and excellent service! Thanks a lot!

The facilities very nice but it should be noted that the restaurant is not of its greatest attractions there are several restaurants around much better, in taste is very bad and I think for the price should be much better so I do not recommend eating inside the hotel.

Excellent, modestly priced hotel in Xela adjacent to a major shopping centre. Lots of hustle and bustle around and it's a 10 minute car ride to the old city centre, but its rooftop pool, hot tub, and sauna make up for it.

It is a modern and new hotel located in Plaza Pradera; very close to the hotel you can reach restaurants and Walmart. Within the fare the breakfast is included. The hotel is good and convenient if you want to avoid downtown or if you plan to travel to San Marcos. However, the service provided by the staff is bad and very slow. Hot food or bevarages are something that do not exist, coffee and eggs are served cold.

Fancy place, but only hotel, maybe add bar or entertaining room were you can hang out in the middle of the night ;)

My stay was superb and comfortable. The Wi-Fi experience is up to standard. The food was a delightful appetite. Hats off to the staff for being very serviceable and polite. The hotel itself is well presented with the touch of Xela art.

Very nice hotel, with pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and free parking. Next to a mall, so there is a lot of shops nearby.

The staff is always so friendly, the breakfast was delicious, but it is so difficult to rest at night since the noise from one room to another is too sensitive. After that, I don't have more to say.

Nice hotel, quite complete, new with very comfortable facilities that do not have much to envy to the international hotel chains, but if I have some observations : the heating of the room does not work, which is very useful being a quite Cold! ; Although the staff is very friendly, it lacks some attention in the gym area, sauna and pool; they do not have access for disabled people, the spaces are small; the dining room is too small to be a 10-level hotel and the buffet service is a mess! And, they have no exclusive parking of the hotel, no basement and it is inside a shopping center!
I hope that in time these details will improve them, because it is a newly opened hotel and gives for much more and thus become one of the most prestigious of xela! It's not too much to say if I come back! =)

Excellent hotel. Much needed in Xela. The service was very good. The rooms are spotless. The pool was one of the things I liked the most. The bathroom in my room was spotless. Good Wi-Fi, cable, and sober decoration of iconic Xela locations. The bed is so as not to get up. Really, I loved it.
Although it doesn't have underground parking, that wasn't a problem for me. Where I parked, across the street, it's fine. A gentleman helped me with the backpack.
I just tried the breakfast buffet, I perished full, aso the restaurant feel small, but comfortable.
The price is very competitive. I've paid the same thing elsewhere in Xela for much less.
There are always "room for improvement, " and maybe some weekend deals in low season. Or have information about some very good restaurants in Xela.
