Booked for my son, the hotel is conveniently located in the tourist area. Walking distance to major hotels and stores. Safe enough to walk even at night. Maid service was good she cleans well and fix the bed well.

The room was nice, the thermostat was kinda tricky to use but I was able to keep the temp cool. The staff came and cleaned the room everyday I didn't have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. They didn't always change the sheets tho. The restaurant Chamaru Tei is probably the best experience I've had at a hotel restaurant. The hotel sits atop a hill, a very steep hill. Many restaurants and and convenient stores are located within walking distance.

Manager and front desk were AWESOME! Very helpful and understanding. Just need new housekeepers that ACTUALLY CLEAN! Otherwise for the price and how big the room was, it was great. Friendly staff and very accomodating and understanding manager!

The room where we stayed is a two (2) bedroom suite. It is fully furnished with a living room and kitchen with complete utensils where you can cook your own food if you're bored eating outside the hotel. Overall our stay in the hotel is very nice.

Me and my family arrived at the hotel by dawn as our flight from Manila was at 10:55 pm. Our shuttle bus also arrived on time. I was blown away when we entered our room. It was well-furnished and very spacious. Had a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony that overlooks the view of Guam. It was very picturesque. Staff was very helpful in answering our questions and were very friendly. The hotel's shuttle bus service was excellent. It was always on time and the driver even gave us tips and other information needed while travelling in Guam. Very helpful indeed. My stay was good. Not many problems. I was very satisfied.

The staff were hospitable & accomodating. The Chamorro restaurant serves good food. Love the shuttle service, the drivers were friendly & nice. Rooms were clean & no connection problems in Wi-Fi — very good. Nice place for family. Overall, we had a very good experience — feels like home!

The hotel room and bathroom was well cleaned and everyday it was clean and tidy. The drawback was the property is on a hill and elderly people will have a difficult time to access it. Should there be another way or an escalator to access it from the road level will greatly improved it.

Thin walls, below average maintenance and up keep. Restaurant is not affiliated with hotel which means no room service. Rooms are over priced.

Good views and well located but not on the beach. It's about a 10 minute walk from Tumon Bay and shopping. Rooms are large and clean and housekeeping staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi goes in and out and sometimes is out for days. The hotel has a convenience store, coin-op laundry ($4 a load), and restraunt on-site. Microwave, TV, and (very) mini fridge in the double rooms.

The entrance is a big slope. To be honest, this hotel is close to qualified, but fortunately there is a lovely cat, welcome us, good boy. The air conditioner is too strong to adjust the school. But not far from the central area, OK.

The noise is very poor, the room is very poor, the rooms are old and dirty, not recommended.

Location is beautiful, great views, friendly service, room rate its excellent, walking distance to whatever you want, beach, fine dining, club or drinks. I'd defiantly stay there again on my next visit.

Awesome! The room is big/spacey it's what I was expecting! Very clean! Felt comfortable! House Keeping staff so friendly.

It has potential to be very nice. Impression I get is the owner doesnt want to put money into the place. Maintenance is poorl/cheaply done. Bathrooms could use. A little more cleaning or better training for maids.

It is not the Hilton but the staff is friendly and rooms are clean. If you want the rooms to look like the Hilton and go to the Hilton… if you just want a clean and spacious room to stay in with good staff then come here… walking distance to the tourist strip and beach… 5 stars.

It was in a great location and price was worth it for the place.

It looks old but it's was so cool this hotel was the most comfortable place I been.

Nice roomy apartment, convenient to many stores and restaurants. Awesome view of ocean from our 5th floor apartment! Staff are available, responsive, friendly, and nice. Only a couple of blocks to the beach! Facilities include outdoor pool, spa, convenience store, laundromat, restaurant, and Bayview Hotel (sister hotel) has fitness center.

No tooth brush. No slipper.

We almost enjoyed it! Located in the centre of the city.

Wired. Internet. Big roomsand oh the beds are great.
