This is one of the best properties where you can stay in Paralia. Mr. Vasilicos is very helpfull and always available for help. The rooms are very clean, modern and have all necesarry facilties.

Superb place! Adorable place and apartments, friendly owner. Apartments are equipped by everything that you need: air conditioner, Wi-Fi, kitchen.

The hotel is in an excellent location just outside the centre. It is a big building and hard to miss.

We spent four wonderful nights at Palios Stathmos, a beautiful family-run boutique hotel nestled among the trees just outside the traditional village of Milies.

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful escape, and we were so lucky to discover the hotel Palios Stathmos! The warm hospitality of Sophia and Jo made us feel instantly at home.

A comfy and unique experience. It feels like staying in a museum with 5 star facilities. Feri and his team made us feel so much at home and helped with tours, transportation and insider Infos.

We booked our stay at Bayiri so we could spend a day walking up Mount Olympus.

Wonderful place. Very nice hosts. Near to the beach, store and restaurants. Very clean villas and wonderful yard. For sure we will come back next year.

The villas are very nice, clean and family friendly. Only 2 minutes walk to the closest sandy beach and another 2 minutes to the closest beach bar where you can find sunbeds, drinks and some food.

I cannot recommend these Villas enough! We were two families staying at Sunrise garden Villas and took two separate homes, connected by a staircase.

Top hospitality, unique place with perfect vibes and great atmosphere! The villa was inside and outside stunning with great view. For sure we will return back again….

A luxurious home away from home in the heart of Volos! We spent three nights in this stunning two-level apartment over New Year's 2025, and it exceeded all expectations.

Our stay at this establishment has been really satisfactory. The pool is great, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the breakfast and evening buffet is satisfactory.

This place is a gem… The warmest welcome and people, wonderful cozy pool and a beautiful rocky beach (when not windy 😊) just few minutes away.
