We had booked a studio for three weeks in September and were very satisfied overall.
The studio was very clean, large enough and the beds quite comfortable. However, the different width of the beds (80 and 110 cm) was already unusual.
There was plenty of storage space in the cupboard and drawers, but there was no storage space. But a garden table, which was somehow lordless, could be remedied.
The balcony was pleasantly large. The studio was not exposed to direct sunlight at any time of the day, yet bright and friendly.
The air conditioning worked excellently, but the performance of the two hotplates was manageable. For this, even high-percentage alcohol froze in the ice compartment into a solid block!
The bathroom is quite small, but functional and it is sufficient.
However, it is quite audible in the stairwell and unfortunately this also translates directly into the studio. At night, however, the house is expressly offered peace and quiet.
All in all, these small inconveniences do not outweigh the positive overall impression. The landlord Apostolos is always very friendly and helpful and always has a solution. We answered all questions and received all our wishes and special requests.
The price for the studio was unbeatably cheap. The location is perfect. At the end of the village, slightly quieter, just a few meters to the beach. The almost lonely dune beach is also only a few minutes, just as in the other direction to the center with all the restaurants and bars.
We can definitely recommend Mike's apartments without hesitation!
