The view and location of the hotel was great! Stuff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and modern. But the food should be improved and the menu must be changed: ( The room service is really weak and the presentation of the food is awful. The mini bar in the room contains old and overdue snacks. Thank you for your reply. Regardless of the fact that you let me have food from dinner menu, that doesn’t change the fact that the quality of the food is not of a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Moreover, as previously mentioned, the minibar is very dated, even nuts, which usually last very long, which shows unprofessional attitude towards offering your clients fresh snacks in a 5 star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in Canaves Oia Suites. The resort is very well maintained and facilities are top notch. The views are obviously breathtaking as to be expected. Couple small details can be improved as it always is the case everywhere. Ex: we had an OK experience with a wine tasting we did at the winery close by, because we missed the opportunity to have guided tours and did not have enough information about it. Would be great if the team could provide detailed information of what the experience is actually going to be, and try and check exactly what as guests we are looking for. All in all, what makes the place stand out is the team and real genuine and warm service. Katerina in Front Office, Thanassis, the GM, Piros, the driver and everyone else were fantastic and we would come back there without any hesitation thanks to them. Do yourself a favor and stay there!
