Review of Andromeda Villas & Spa Resort 4*

I was lucky I got to book the VIP Suite during low season and got it at a very reasonable price and would highly recommend this place and stay here again — I have broken down my rating to give a more accurate picture: Location and View: 1000000 stars — absolutely amazing, we were lucky to get the VIP Suite on the edge of the cliff and in my opinion beats the view at Oia that everyone raves about. Breathtaking and cannot get enough of it. Ontop of that it is close distance walking to supermarkets/car rentals/more views/souvenir shopping/tours/restaurants with views and cute alley ways etc. Breakast: 5 stars/5 stars — we ordered breakast at an additional 14 euro per person and it did not disappoint. Fresh mouthwatering crossaints, fresh fruit juice (Greece know how to do juice), scrambled eggs with bacon, smoked salmon, bread, tomatoes and more and they deliver it to your room. Room/Maintenance: 3stars/5stars — this was the only let down and is more of a heads up and really didn't want to include in here as the place is amazing but the Room's whrilpool's/jacquzzi heat was not working and we were told it depends on the weather, so you can imagine in spring it was not the warmest, may be lovely during Summer. Secondly, the room is a little cold even with the heater on and during Spring. Thirdly, our hot water was not working during the 3 days we were there — I am sure had we reported it that it may have gotten fix but as we were out and about and didn't have the energy to call reception once in the shower when we were back. However the cleaners were amazing and we really appreciated coming back to a nice clean room after exploring Santorini. Customer Service: 4stars/5stars — 5/5 for the BELL BOY was absolutely amazing helping carrying our luggage up and down all the stairs 4/5 for reception — lovely but I feel could have been friendlier Overall highly recommended.
