Great rooms and wonderful owners. A few steps from a wonderful family restaurant. Free use of cats.

The service is top. Despite the delay of the plane, the reception was closed but we could still have our room. The hotel is well located, 20 minutes from Fira bus station.

Really nice room, staff, and atmosphere. Peaceful area 10 minutes from the bus that gets you to Phira and Kamari. Pool area was beautiful!

They went to get us to the ferry terminal at 1 AM. That's thanks. A little bit away from the city center.

Handy location just a short walk from Fira town, lovely helpful staff, good breakfast and nicely decorated rooms. Rooms were clean and the pool area was fantastic. Very good value for money, would stay again without hesitation! They picked us up at the airport for free waiting with a sign.

Beautiful! The attention is very familiar and warm. They went to get us to the airport for free, it was a nice welcome. The place is nice, beautifully decorated and with the necessary facilities; Wi-FI, TV, cooler and others. Very well located. Very professional attention. The price is the best on the island. I totally recommend.

Great place to stay, good location, good rooms.

The rooms are small but very modern there is everything you need. The pool is very nice and the breakfast quite expensive but very hearty and good. The place is a 10-minute walk from the town centre of Karterados (nothing to see but restaurants and supermarket), at a bus stop from Fira where you will find the coach station to travel all over Santorini. We can even go on foot in 30min. Excellent value for money for small budgets and good location for those not wanting to rent car or quad.

I had a great time. Is clean, nice and cheap. The room came with fridge and kitchen. The pension is in the middle of the island so is very convenient. Is a quite area. Also have a free transportation from/to aiport.

The room was ok. But the service was bad, at least not punctual. The first day night I called the girl at the reception told her I wanted to discuss something with her at 8 am the next morning. She said no problem. But there was nobody there at 8 am. I waited for 10 min and I called her again. It seemed she didn't get up and she told me to wait another 5min. The last day there I spent 25 euros to book a taxi at 5:40 am to the airport. They told me I have to be there at exactly 5:40 am. Considering the experience the day before, I asked them several times to make sure the time. But when I got there at 5:40, still nobody. I waited in the chills for 10 min. Then I had to call the reception again. It seemed I just reminded the girl of this appointment, and another 5min to wait. I really doubted if I didn't call her, they would totally forget my appointment. After all I had to wait to see the sunrise and missed my flight. And there was no apology until I asked for.

It was a great! The host's father picked us up from the airport as a service and I couldn't have been happier about the convenience of it. The room was also very clean and very quaint. This place is a great place to stay and enjoy your vacation. Will definitely be coming back here if I return.
