Called in for breakfast this morning and managed to get a table at the front To say the view was amazing is an understatement, I ordered the Santorini scrambled egg and it was delicious, my wife ordered the omelette which she said was also delicious. The filter coffee was great too. The staff were very helpful and chatty I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Definitely a must for food but the view alone is worth it. Great for creating an amazing food and drinks situation, celebrating any event you want to attach some amazing memories too. It's a whole vibe and a great look indeed 💯🎯😌

This place is wonderful. The view to die for overlooking the caldera. They are open for an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner through to wine and cocktails in the evening.
The staff are attentive and the decor is perfect all in pale blue and white with a touch of darker blues. Perfect.

A different, hard to explain, atmosphere. As if this is the only place on earth. The view is amazing, as expected, the decoration of really high taste and the services better than imagined. What was really unexpected though was the true welcoming feeling, the sense of belonging you have the minute you walk in the premises and the friendly, serene and smiling people.

Beautiful view but the cocktails they serve, are for people who know nothing about drinks… the worst we've ever had…

WARNING! Do not attempt if your on a schedule. This is review strictly regarding the restaurant at breakfast. I haven’t had the food yet but I will comment first about the service. I’ve been sitting here waiting for my breakfast for over 50 minutes and three tables (seated after me) have gotten their food already. I don’t mind waiting forever but don’t skip me over repeatedly. 2 omelettes, coffees, 1 bruschetta and a yogurt The omelettes and coffee finally showed up about an hour in but not the rest. Guess where the rest of it did show up… on the bill. The bill was incredibly vague. The description of your items is “food” with the € next to it. The omelettes were good and the coffee meh. Unfortunately even the view can’t make up for the breakfast service at Galini in Firia.

As the name says (Galini-Serenita) is a place that gives so much serenity! Rooms with great views of the sea and the caldera and above all impeccable cleaning, in easier to reach and with lots of parking nearby.
The only downside is the absence of a swimming pool!

We've been to the restaurant a number of times in the past but never before stayed at the hotel. The restaurant definitely has the best breakfast you can find in the area and as a bonus you get it free if you stay at the hotel. The hotel is deceiving, it looks really small but once your inside your room it's amazing how much is hidden. We stayed in room 110 which is one of the cheaper options but the room is great. Big bed, lovely Aircon, massive bathroom and a shared balcony (with other cheaper guests). The view from either the balconies or along the walkway is amazing. If you've never been to Santorini you won't have seen much like it before! The staff are super friendly and helpful and my girlfriend has just informed me the hand soap smells amazing.

Best place for breakfast — stunning view and even better food selection. Walked there three times during my week at karterados for 40 minutes just to enjoy the delicious food and peach juice. Simply excellent.

Remarkable view of the Caldeira. The price should not put off: this hotel is well worth it …

Good hotel, great welcome, very good place.

This hotel is great. Starting with the view, it's fair to say that you get the best view of the caldera and the villages in the cliffs of Santorini. Waking up to that view was magical. The room itself was very pretty and one can tell that the owners really paid attention to all the details: very clean, comfortable bed, all the amenities necessary and very nice decoration. The girl at the front desk — Christina — is amazing, always smiling and willing to help with everything. Her tips for places to visit were spot on! Thanks for the hospitality and see you soon!

On the very day I arrived in Santorini, I passed by Galini Cafe, and found both its menu and cliff side location so wonderful for having breakfast the following day. My heart was so set on savoring their eggs royale dish and fluffy pancakes, but thanks to the awful, haggard waitress, it was not meant to be. I arrived to Galini Cafe with my partner for breakfast. The waitress saw us come in but did not even bother to give us a menu, but did to other patrons who came in afterward. I had to retrieve the menu sometime after we sat down. And when it finally occurred to her we were going to dine there, she came to take our order, and after I asked for two breakfast plates and drink, she abruptly collected our menus without even bothering to take my partner’s order. She absolutely ignored him. And the moments that followed where I attempted to get her attention so his order could be taken, she ignored my signaling and call, opting instead to tend to other customers. As we waited for my food to arrive, my partner felt very disrespected and uncomfortable, and I concurred it was best to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. This is the first time in my life I have had to walk out of a restaurant with a food order in queue and not care about not paying. We were totally disgusted by the outright rudeness of the waitress and her blatant disregard to ignore us. I very much DO NOT recommend Galini Cafe! There are better breakfast options in Santorini.

Beautiful place and very relax…

This place is superb. The design is lovely and fresh, and of course the views are top notch. Moreover the staff and the owners are extremely helpfully and kind. All the recommendations the gave us about the places to visits, restaurants, etc were on the spot. Big thanks for great experience :)

Just the best hotel in Santorini.

Stayed in October 2016 with my husband. Love the cozy feel of the place. Felt like you're coming "home" instead of "going back to the hotel. " Place is super clean, the family that runs it (Christina and her parents) are very welcoming. The views are incredible! The location was very convenient — — close to the bus/ shuttle drop-off, a close walk to Fira but away from the bustle of the main town. I still dream of waking up to the Aegean peaking through the windows of our room in the morning! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family owned small boutique hotel. The location is perfect. The food from the family owned cafe was very tasty and delicious! What a heavenly place they have here… Truly unique and gorgeous.

Beautiful location and view. There are obviously different rooms with different amenities, so make sure you book what you're looking for. We booked a caldera view, which turned out to not only have a perfect view of the sunset, but you could even view it from the shower! The sunset was even better sitting on our balcony than the traditional "perfect" views from Ia. Easy walking distance to Imerovigli and Fira, great food, and an excellent overall experience.

Ideal location for lunch with the terrace which offers a beautiful view. The service is perfect with quality dishes.

Amazing views, very clean and peaceful. Very friendly staff, Cristina is so helpful. I recommend to spend a sunset in the balcony instead of going to the too busy Oia. I would love to go back to Santorini and to stay at the hotel Galini.
