Beautiful hotel! It looks better in person than it does in the pictures. Clean, air conditioning was good, and only a 10 minute walk from the main town (Fira)

Clean, friendly service, nice pool, quiet but not far (5 — 10 min walking distance) from the caldera where all the restaurants, bars and shops are.

Great if you want somewhere central to explore from. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Good value for money. The road is a little noisy in the day so not the place for you if want to relax by a pool for days on end. But that's not what you typically do in Santorini :) would recommend renting a quad to explore the island.

Just off the road with views to the east… five minutes uphillwalk to the most amazing views of the Caldera and shopping at fira… small kitchenette and super market 2 minutes walk.

One night stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. It is surrounded by roads with lots of traffic, so it's quite noisy constantly. The report quality/price is very good for a night.

The best stay ever! Great people great service. We will come back for sure!

BEWARE OF CHILD POLICY SCAM
(We didn't stay here but they were more than happy to take our money anyways) Booked two rooms with them via Expedia — one for my parents and one for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Their Expedia page states "children are welcome" and only asked how many adults (up to 3) to the room so we entered "2" and informed them of the children within a week of booking. … They responded that children are not allowed at the hotel at all. They tried to suggest that we were cheating them somehow by entering only 2 adults in that room and said that even if they did allow the kids, we would have to pay extra for the 2 additional people (note that there was no difference in price whether we tried to book for 2 or 3 adults on Expedia). I asked them to cancel it for us and they told me that they would contact Expedia to do so for that one room only. I told them that we want our parents to stay in the same hotel as us so requested that they go ahead and cancel both. They said to contact Expedia about it. We contacted Expedia and they informed us that they had contacted the hotel and the hotel refuses to cancel without a fee of 30%!

Despicable practice of screwing customers over. They take your money, charge you 30% in cancellation because you have kids. Stay away.

Requests us to cancel the hotel reservation with them because of unadvertised restrictions and still charges a cancellation fee.

Nice structure Stop! "I state that I have booked this stay with the doubt of leaving for business commitments that were going on and I book trips only with virtual credit card, said this we make the reservation because this structure promoted free cancellation and The payment at the property at the time of the stay. Having said that to more than 20 days. From the start I get an email in which I am instructed to communicate another credit card to make the balance by 18.00 Rooms today (the term of the free cancellation was in the week before the arrival! ), of course the fact of finding a hotel suitable for 20 days. From the start I was not mad so I make the payment even if I do not like everything. At our arrival that is in the middle of the night due to flight Schedule I am sent before an email where I indicate the room, which shortly after I find. The room is nice and clean, but my room (one of the few) gives on the side of the road and right from the start I hear a terrible continuous noise throughout the night (and also the day), the following morning I go to the reception to attend to the check in practices and WHO Edo that I can change the room, but it is not possible as the hotel is full, and here it explains why the will of the advance payment! Half experience, nice structure, but the support of the employees do not know, certainly not professional in terms of contractual conditions…

Dear past me, Don't go there it will make your Santorini days unhappy.

A great place to stay when you're in Santorini. Staffs are very pleasant, approachable and always have a smile to accommodate your queries and concern. This is a place you can rest after an exciting day of tour seeing a picture perfect place.

Our host Tonia was very helpful with making arrangements for transportation and excursions, and the view from our balcony was breath taking. It's only a short walk into the centre if For a, and not far away from Oia.

Nice clean rooms with good daily cleaner. Pool was chilly so guessing it wasn't heated. Views are OK if you get a room on the good side of the complex, otherwise it is just looking at a road. Reception staff very nice and very helpful. The walk into fira was about 15 mins at most, but is uphill on the way back.

We had a wonderful time there and the receptionist was very kind and helpful! Thank you.

Excellent hospitality. Tonia was very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for everything Tonia. You made our stay very pleasant. Close to all amenities. Definitely we will stay to erato next time we visit the island.

Very nice hotel with a pool. A slight walk from the down town area, very quite. Highly recommend it.
