The location is amazing. You can see the whole island including the Caldera. There is a jacuzzi inside the upper room (where you sleep). You can see the the sunset from the jacuzzi if you are into that sort of things. Could've been cleaner. The jacuzzi inside the bedroom is fool of water that cannot be drained (we asked) and it's going to smell a little like chlorine. There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom and also A/C.

The hotel staff are very friendly and biased to help and the breakfast served in the room very good although good with no option to choose since there is no cafeteria-restaurant in the hotel. The only and very important thing for us that we did not like has been the bathroom. Very ugly and old and nothing worthy of a hotel of supposedly 4 stars.
What we liked the most were the spectacular views from the hotel room as well as the location. The hotel staff very friendly and well prepared and the breakfast served in the room, very good although no option to choose as there is no café-restaurant in the hotel. The only thing and very important for us that we did not like, has been the bathroom. Very ugly and old and nothing worthy of a supposedly 4 star hotel.

Nice stuff, the ground rooms are facing the street and people stop and check the balcony out. Better to say in the upper floor rooms!
