We had this booked 6 months in advance and we wasn't disappointed our room was a junior suite, big balcony overlooking swimming pool and fantastic views of the caldera. Our room was ready upon our arrival which was great. We spent 7 nights here and have no complaints brilliant friendly staff. The hotel is always clean and tidied everyday. Only Gripe is that it's very popular with tourist looking for that perfect picture shot due to the fantastic views. Breakfast std continental enough to see you through till the afternoon if you prefer more visit Galini cafe 2 minute walk for more choice. More than enough sun loungers especially at 10am. Pool service is available and decent selection for lunch I would happily stay here again easy to get to and only 15 minute walk to the centre.

Can't say enough about this hotel. It's in a stunning location, close to shops, restaurants and a bus stop as well for a quick ride to Oia. The staff were amazing and upgraded us to a villa suite upon arrival. The hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was okay (could be better but had the essentials). All in all, would highly recommend.

Great hotel for our honeymoon as they provided us with free upgrades. Amazing views and very clean rooms. The staff were fantastic too.

Good staff, helping. Lack of information, tourist flyers. Good breakfast Everything is outside: Courage for breakfast when it's cold! In fact saw that the hotel is on the caldera it is in "staircase" so everything is tight, little room. But the rooms are very good. Great view. It's clean. And it is very well placed on the caldera, nearby we find Petit Supermarket, bcp of restaurants, walks.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at yet on vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. The view is amazing, probably best hotel in area.

Very poor customer service. Do not stay here no matter the deal you get. This hotel treats customers terribly. I’m sure if nothing goes wrong you won’t have to deal with it. But the moment something doesn’t go right, you do not want to give this hotel your money. They do not care under any circumstance, they only want your money. Very greedy hotel. Again… I adivise you now. Do not stay at this hotel.

It is very well located near Fira and a step away from the best restaurants, excellent facilities and its staff is very friendly give you the option to spend a very relaxed rest in its facilities and a pool with view to the caldera.

Great staff, amazing view and right next too the most famous photo spot in all of Santorini the Three Bells of Thira!

Internet runs every now and then, television with 3 channels, small mini bar and just arrived even without water. Breakfast The coffee is really bad and if you order it from the adjoining counter for only 4 euros it is even worse.

We recently stayed at Belvedere for 4 nights. The location was excellent, breakfast was also excellent. There were several items in the room that I did address with the manager. There was no top sheet on the bed. I asked for one and it was added to our bed. There were 2 sets of pillows. Both were bad. One set was simply a rectangular foam rubber insert. The bathroom only had a light in the shower, so the bathroom was too dark for makeup, etc. Other than those items, we found the hotel and staff were super.

Beautiful views. Nice room but a little dated. Good location. Amenities and service are ok.

We enjoyed everything here, however, for a 5 star hotel and the price we paid, we expected a much better breakfast. The spread was way too small, not that fresh, and not enough of it. The only coffee offered was from an instant machine, no Greek coffee or Frappe. I've had much better breakfast at cheaper places around the world, so please improve!

We came here for our Wedding and stayed for a week either side of the Ceremony. The views from the pool/breakfast area are the best in Firostefani. The staff have been so attentive and friendly when called apon. Breakfast has been good, not much variation but the Greek yoghurt and honey has been a delight. Pool is very refreshing and clean with a spectacular backdrop of the Caldera. My only criticism would be the lack of eating space when the hotel is fully booked as this was an issue on a few occasions during breakfast. We loved our stay!

If the price per night is around US$120, then it is ok to stay here. If above, then I will choose another one. Location is good but anything else … not very good. The staff at the pool is very professional but the rest … unfriendly And some considered to be very rude and unhelpful. Don't come here if you are with your lover or family.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are disgusting. Mould in our shower. Never get water refilled in mini bar, have to call and ask and wait 45 minutes to only call again to remind them! I got Walked in on while I was in the bathroom by a cleaner and went and advised receptionist only to be laughed at! It is a complete invasion of my privacy! Breakfast is terrible! Same food everyday and there is not much of it. Pool bar menu extremely limited! If you don't reserve a pool chair at 8am it's unlikely you will get one. Don't waste your money on his hotel, there is better.
