Sia, alketa and dimitris realised we had a few issues on the first few days of our honeymoon and they moved heaven and earth to make sure the last few days of our honeymoon was amazing resolving our issues very quickly and efficiently. Cannot thank them enough! My only suggestion would to have a more variety of food but other than that the food was good, the staff was amazing and friendly and the hotel was beyond beautiful. Missing it already. Can’t wait to go back.

I really loved this hotel♥️ i’ve never been to a better hotel ever, I wanna ho back to rhodes next year, and I want to go back to pegasos. The animation team made the experience complete. I really miss them I definitely recommend it!

We had the best 2 weeks of our lives, best holiday. For that we thank the hotel personnel. The food and drinks were really delicious. For our toddler William, the best part was pizza, pancakes, the barthe beachHotel was very clean and nice. The hotel is perfect when travelling with kids. Special thanks to the animation team. Beautiful beach nice and sandy not crowded lots of space with plenty of activities to do you have to visit here.

Super Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, kulinarisch super abwechslungsreich. Sowohl einheimische als auch internationale Gerichte. Herrliches Ambiente. Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Everything is great, except parties. Depending on where you have your windows, you may end participating, against your will, at every evening's party. Fortunately they end pretty early (23-24).

The Hotel is discriminating women, we did not get served although we had booked all inclusive. The hotel manager simply denied it, when I reported it, that is completely incompetent and not client oriented at all. I will never come back again or spend any more money if I get ignored like that.

Dream holiday in this hotel where everything is there to forget the daily we just do everything from the hotel: animations to the top stroke a team of young people with many talents worthy of cabaret, a team of catering to the little care never blazed despite the work welcome and hotel very clean and spotless Beach in direct access, hammock, car rental at price more than affordable nothing to complain.

Do yourself a favour and book at calypso instead of pegasos. I know both, and pegasos simply cannot compete with calypso. Calypso bar open till 2 in the morning. All drinks at the bar on the menu are free, pegasos bar you have to pay for drinks after 2330. Food in calypso is perfect while in pegasos it is the same food every day.

The hotel Was very… The Grounds are large, the beach has sand and small pebbles. The Rooms are spacious, renovated. A little far from the city center, but for someone it's a plus.

Can I recommend but not the food.

Of the minuses (not immediately given a bed for a child-as a result the first night slept three), the rest 5-and the Sea and the beach (small pebbles, not sand), and the grass at the hotel, as well as the pool and food. Overall everything is fine.

The hotel itself, nearby Calipso Beach is a hundred times better, but it is difficult to get there, all are redeemed by the Germans, and more expensive of course. In Pegasis, again, comparing with calypso, the food is not interesting, very monotonous, every day is the same. Paid sunbeds, well coming to rest, do not want to think that you will be disturbed uncle, charging a fee, it is better for all to pay, buying ticket and do not think about the money on the beach. Paid safe. Finally-that good Wi-Fi, took even on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of German and French pensioners, maybe because we love to ride in the velvet season. There was a lot of mosquitoes and this in the room was not a curtain curtains, but what they should be learned too late.
Liked the renovated Luis Colossos, which is now Amada Colossos, after the reconstruction is very classy, but expensive, and will be even more expensive, it seems.
In Pegasis very nice beach and the very location of the hotel! To Faliraki walking fifteen minutes, to the city twenty minutes by bus.

Location. The beach and the sea are beautiful. However, the service, especially-the reception-disgusting-in Rhodes we rested 4-times, in another hotel (there have stayed three times, and in the PEGASOS got for the first time) : Check in the hotel, despite the early arrival (from Moscow-about 8 am) met only at 16 o'clock-the day is gone, As there was no place to eat or drink, not to rest-all the time sat in the hall, in the sight of the wandering guests. Very rude staff at the reception-fundamentally do not speak-Russian, high-altitude, settle out according to the paid level of rooms, after the scandal and refusal to settle in smelly (problems with sewage, mosquitoes), dark rooms near the pool and Mangals, forced to pay 180 euros (or go where you want or neighborhood, where sent-by the way this room by the pool-for three was closed on the key, as we have, from the mailbox). Paid. Met to a normal room with an electronic key on the 2nd floor. The air conditioner is weak, it chases the musty air. The cleaning is daily, sometimes with a delay, the linen is clean, but there are not enough towels, they are still damp. The food is very monotonous, without fancy, the breakfast meal is transferred to lunch and dinner even the acidifed salads. The fruit is small, cut everything, so as not to carry away with themselves. However, the pool is cooked in the oven a great pizza-this-just super-tasty and high quality.

Nice and clean hotel, the Supreme Rooms with Ocean View are really high standard. The only downside is that it could be a little more options on the buffet.

Clean and friendly hotel but the unheated iced pool for a holiday in October the animation teenagers do not ask for the sea view because the glazed bays of the rooms are very badly insulated and the wind comes inside the room and yes it is possible! Moreover the evenings has theme of every night are done until 11:15 with the music made on the terrace under the rooms impossible to sleep side sea and they ask you 10 to €15 per night more for this sea view the women of households laugh without any discretion from 6:00 am in the hallways really very unpleasant.

Nice staff, great beach location, beautiful, modern room with great views but terrible tourist environment and food in rather poor quality as mass handling. Pizza good. Coffee but from concentrate etc. My first and last All Inclusive experience. Animation still heard on the 6 floor so loudly (until 23:30 pm) that going to sleep earlier only goes with the window closed. Here you need a rental car to see the few beautiful places Rhodes has to offer. Faliraki itself unspectacular, purely touristy and ugly. Land and nature completely exploited, mostly a sad sight. Unfortunately, it is often typical of the Mediterranean. Sea turtles have to lay their eggs between sunbeds … such an ignorant people … never again!

Were there for the 2nd time and a third time will follow. The staff always friendly and helpful.
The location is great. Faliraki is within walking distance. The bus also departs every 20 minutes right in front of the hotel. To Rhodes town by bus in about 20 min.
2 min walk small shopping center Epsilon.
For families as well as couples a very nice hotel and not an intrusive animation.
The spa is also highly recommended. Very good massages and lovely friendly staff.
Not to forget the direct beach location.
We were once again totally thrilled and had a wonderful holiday.
It is not a new hotel but newly renovated and with a lot of charm also because of the competent and friendly staff. The pizza and crepe are a highlite.

Just back from this lovely hotel, everything about it was really really good from the food, room, pool area, and staff will be going back next year. Lots of activities in the day and if you didn't won't to join in the staff didn't keep bothering you the kids that were they were so well behaved you didn't know they were there. Roll on next year,

The place is not bad at all BUT: employees are very helpfull nevertheless lot of things are either not 100% or even not working at all, which are things nobody can change during a one week period of your stay such as: repeatedly jammed drain in the bathroom with an output on the floor — yes you heard me correctly: for some reason there is a drain on the floor in the bathroom and if you are using the shower for longer than 1 minute, all the water is comming up and out on the floor resulting in a regular flood. The same problem encoutered also my neighbours… for 4 star hotel quite strange. Another problem, also in other rooms, is the fact, that the beds are quite small and equipped with extremely hard mattresses so you will get everything from it but a good sleep. Aircondition: working all the time correctly, meaning providing you with the coldness BUT for some reason if somebody outside your room was smoking you got all the smell to your room. Thanks god that somebody did not smoke very often. With all that negative said, the hotel has great swimming pool with even greater pool bars and the most great people working there. It is also situated only few meters from the sea beach.

We are currently staying at the Pegasus Beach Hotel. We really liked it here, and most importantly here like our little child he is a year and 10. Everyone is very suave. Most of all there were fears about feeding the child and all of them were in vain. The food is beautiful and even the smallest food is very pleasant. Vegetable soups, chicken, macaros, potatoes, pork is not fatty and turkey, yogurts, cottage cheese, pancakes and croissants are all very much like our baby. So there's no problem feeding him. Enough fruit is always enough. For adults, food is for all tastes and everything is very tasty. About the hotel so far only the most pleasant experiences. The sea here is wonderful. In general, we like it here and the point. The room is great with sea views, which could be better! IF WE GO BACK TO RHODES, MAYBE OUR CHOICE WILL FALL AGAIN ON PEGASUS BEACH! Wonderful hotel and all its staff!

The staff of this hotel was corruptible and unfriendly. They often spread rumours about their hotel guests. Sometimes the staff was even making photos of hotel guests secretly. Some employees were asking hotel guests for money (tip) every day, especially the staff in the hotel´s store, almost in the manner of begging. Food offered for lunch and dinner often contained germs. The air condition didn´t work properly. The spa treatments were very expensive but though useless and insufficent. The spa staff was untrained — all in all it was like "a bad joke". The beach and the sea next to the hotel were full of waste. Nobody removed the garbage. Food was overpriced in grocery stores just like meals in restaurants. Several times there were power outage and a lack of potable water. I can´t recommend this Hotel at all. I will never spend my vacation in this hotel again. Never again in Rhodes. No, thank you!

A nice hotel for vacation with a swimming pool and a direct location to the beach. The main lobby is well refurbished but the hallways are a bit left behind, with the old carpets and poor lighting. The rooms look ok and have air-conditioning, on the other hand in the toilets sometimes it stinks from the pipes. The food with the all inclusive package offers medium food quality. Meat, fish, salads, sweets and beverages are beeing served by very kind working staff. Actually all the staff working there are really kind, especially in the reception. There is an additional restaurant (only for dinner) and offers "a la carte", but I am not sure if the menu is big. In general it is a clean hotel. It offers activities in water, volleyball, darts etc. From the staff working here. Kids haven not so much activities here as promised. There is a playground (one the other side of the building) but looks deserted. There is a water slide with a small pool. Still I would advise to visit the hotel, which I would personally do.

The hotel is located right on the beach, sandy beach, gorgeous sea view. However, the first days after arrival very fetched mosquitoes, then did not become, perhaps, Potravili.

Selecting this hotel long doubted that enjoy it. But arriving here were very surprised. Information about hotel on the Internet without a lot of out of date. A room with a view of the sea. Renovated not too long ago. Got a free bed for the baby, although there was that one has to pay extra. Rooms are cleaned every day. Bedclothes and towels are changed every day too. For beach towels should be changed separately in Spa. For not fastidious cleanliness of room OK. Bath small and constantly wet floor. Safe is not expensive. On each of our comments staff responded immediately and all correct your common typing errors. Speak Russian and German and of course in other languages. Tv has two channels and Russian too. Internet free of charge. Speed is not the greatest but it works perfectly well. All inclusive hotel. Drinks at the bar street is also not bad. All sorts of leisure activities all day and evening. Truth in the room can hear well all. The food varied. A selection of great. Beach sand, but the water meter to little pebbles. The water is clean. The hotel has a shop of all things for the holidays. For a kid bought fresh milk every day. Who rides with a small child think about the food. Normal grocery stores very little and make a child is not so simple. Car rental is right next to the hotel meters 150metrov. Cheap no credit cards, no liens, insurance all included. Called J @ D. The hotel without full insurance. Grab your navigation. Cons that we didn't like.

This is a really good hotel. Why? Beautiful and clean rooms, proffesional staff, the food is amazing, many activities and it is only 2 minutes to the beach which is great by the way. Awesome service!
