Friendly staff, nice clean place, not far from city and beach.

Third year in a row coming back to Dias. Great place, great rooms, great location, great pool and great people.

It's a nice hotel. Breakfasts are really always boring and monotonous. To the sea to go 10-15 minutes. The rooms have a hairdryer, an electric stove, a refrigerator. Daily cleaning.

Forget the industrial hotels, this hotel is great. Helpful staff, nice hotel. Really cozy atmosphere. Would recommend to families with young children. Nice and quiet at night, and close to Faliraki town center.

It's a very cozy hotel. Cleaning every day, up to the sea for about ten minutes.

Amazing! We were staying for 16days — breakfasts included. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Everybody speaks english sufficiently. I cannot reccommend it more. You need to try "mousaka" here. They do not employ usual cook, they have "Mamá" (mother of the receptionist :), she's cooking with love and if you look hungry, she might send you some extra dessert after finishing the main course :) You can rent a car on the spot (brand new hyundai i10 or toyota yaris) from Neon Car Rental. Make sure to read a both sides of the contract before signing. We had a car from them for 4 days and it was a pleasure. Rooms were clean and room service was happening every morning — you go to breakfast and return to the clean room :). The whole area is covered with 2mbit Wi-Fi. Don't expect playing online games, but it's enough to check a youtube video in 480p-720p. Nearest shop is like 5 minutes away. To the beach it's like 12-15 minutes. Every room has a balcony and view to the pool.

The Hotel is excellent, quiet, family-run. Clean, comfortable, quiet. There is a kitchen in the room, cleaning every day. Beautiful location. To The sea minutes 15, it is better to rent a car and after travel on Rhodes, relax in this hotel.

Extremely clean, large pool, nice bwgruming, clean, bright large rooms. Perfect with Rental cars a little away from the party mile. Beautifully quiet for that.

Had a brilliant 2 weeks here with friends. Everything about the apartments was excellent. Dias has a personal, family friendly feel about it and owners were friendly and accommodating, it is a family run establishment and that is reflected in its hospitality. We all found the rooms clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our time here, I was sorry to leave and look forward to returning. I can't recommend Dias enough.

Just got home from staying at Dias. Fantastic holiday. Small family run apartments, very clean & relaxing place. Lovely pool & good food served. All the staff are lovely, very friendly & welcoming. Would definite return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was all the same, all the way to the sea for minutes 15, there's a pool, 5 supermarket AB, parking, swimming pool. In every room, a TV (excellent channel), a tile, a refrigerator, a sink.

The hotel is very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice staaf. Free parking. Wi-Fi all over the country. The hotel is very clean. The pool is good, very clean. Some beds creak, but the mattresses are good. The cranes in the kitchen and the shower have questions, the shower cabin itself is tight, and the curtains make the process of taking the soul uncomfortable due to prilipaûŝejing curtains and flooding on the floor around the ground, despite the drain. But! There are two more significant drawbacks. First, the specified distance to the beach is greatly reduced. Declared everywhere 900 m, and actually 1400 m. 900 m This is neat to the main beach Broadway with cafess, shops and rental offices, and from there kilometer to sunbeds. And secondly, the large shuttle buses do not reach the hotel gates, but the are for 400 meters, because their lazy Greeks were eve hard with a difficult trip to two stars. And nowhere is this information available to tourists. Although it was possible for other hotels to have this kind of difficulty. And so it was "perfect" in full "uniforms" to move with the suitcases in hell heat on the way without the sidewalk. In general, if these cons don't scare me, I recommend renting the car. And it's going to be cheaper to host the hotel through the guide than through the hotel, and more securely in the accompanying service than in the beach office.

There are many reasons why I love it here. The place is in the perfect spot and soooo nice. We were only here for 3 days but I really wish we had longer. It's only a 10 minute walk from what could easily be described as a private beach. There are a 2 restaurants on the beach but our favourite was a place just a minute from the sea called the Family restaurant. Ask for the seafood platter. We went back twice. We cannot recommend Dias studios more highly. If you want to see the old town, the bus stops 5 mins away from the apartment.

Great value for money hotel. Big swimming pool. Everything clean and the owners that also run the hotel very helpul.

Quiet location but close to the locals/restaurants of Faliraki (still need a car or scooter for travel), staff always nice and helpful, two-roomed (we were in 5) functional and clean.

Great Studios a stone's throw from the center of Faliraki. The structure is newly built, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet with wide choice. The pool is large and has plenty of sunbeds. The only flaw, as in all Greece, the pillows are very low and uncomfortable.

A very nice place. There are Russian guests. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

There is no playground, no toys in the pool except for two balls. No fruit or vegetables, not even cucumbers and tomatoes. One kind of cheese, one ham, two bread, boiled eggs, one kind of juice, cocoa, cereal, sour curd, two kinds of jam, butter, cupcake, and that's every day without a choice. This evening the internet slows down, there's a four-channel TV, really a football game. The outlet is falling out of the wall, and the soap doesn't put it-see that it is. The sea is in the heat of half an hour at least.

We booked at first another Hotel and it was a very bad. After two nights we was looking for a new Hotel and we found the Dias Studio. Its clean and it looks very new. We was very happy, that we found this beatiful place. The whole staff and the hoteldirectors (two Browsers) was more than very friendly. Thanks for the nice holidays.
