Just arrived back from 10 day holiday, wonderful place, fantastic family that run the hotel, nothing to much trouble, looking forward to return, won't be 12 years this time.

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, extremely clean throughout the hotel & rooms. Great entertainment, definitely value for money. We stayed in room 302 pool view with a sea view aswell.

First time holiday here on my second day and what can I say absolutely fantastic food staff rooms what more do you want.

First night here. Nice room overlooking pool. Road a bit noisy during the day. Lunch and beer great.

Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff large portions on the meals varied menu fab atmosphere.

The Georgia Apartments is my favourite place in the world. My first visit was over 25 years ago and I can't wait to introduce my daughter to this wonderful place and these wonderful people ❤

Great place to stay. Do get the breakfast as its great! Family run and oriented hotel. Runs a shuttle bus everyday to afentou beach, lots to do around the town. Think this is a hidden treasure.

Good place to stay, staff are friendly and helpful, food is fine and a good selection, the only thing I against the Georgia is the air con expensive extra and goes off every time you open a door but apart from that a very good and inexpensive place to stay.

Brilliant hotel and kind staff. Very close to the beach but across a main road, so a free shuttle bus is offered. The beach is stoney but almost deserted, so plenty of space. Large buffet breakfast and daily cleaners. It's run by a family who are very welcoming and try to help to make it the best trip… They succeed! There were two events per week on at the hotel, a dj night (free) and a Greek night (worth the €15 each to attend). Afandou is a very quite town quite far from the main tourist areas, but the local busses are easy to catch and relatively cheap. We stayed for 1 week which was plenty of time to see everything we wanted to. Definitely worth five stars.

This is a lovely, family run hotel, fabulous fresh food, nice swimming pool and they will take you to the beach and back twice a day for free. I'd stay here again in a flash!

We have just returned from a week here and can honestly say we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is what you would expect from a TUI sales point of view however there are a couple of issues which cannot be overlooked. Georgia Apartments is smack bang in the middle of 2 very busy roads. A dual carriageway to the front and the slip road from that leading to Afantou at the rear. This makes for a noisy location. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with some very well maintaine…d gardens. The rooms are sparse but adequate, equipped with 3 single beds, kettle, shower and other basic furnishings. We stayed as half board guests so we enjoyed a limited but very well made selection of evening meals. Plenty of Greek food on offer every night. The staff are friendly, even after they’ve worked a 15 hour day and you can see they are at their limit. There’s always a smile and thanking them and using basic manners in Greek goes a long way. Just what you would expect from a family run business. Drinks however are a tad pricey. You can get a glass of the local beer for €1 or a can of pop for €2 so paying a visit to one of the two local supermarkets will be better value for you. They don’t like you taking food and drink poolside however they have to realise not everybody wants to pay €2 for a can of Pepsi when you can get a litre of it next door for €1!

Best swimming pool around where to hang out with family and friends, nice cocktail and good variety of food menu, staff present and gentle, almost my wife with my daughter and my son enjoy a lot the very clean swimming pool with good atmosphere in a garden space and playgro und… Almost all space in the pool is renew from last summer
I will defntely reccomand to anyone…

The hotel is fantastic, staff are awesome, rooms are lovely n clean, air con recommended from June onwards, safe in the room, pool area lovely, no need to fight for sun beds, a few restaurants along the main road to eat at, but the food in the hotel is awesome, great portions, good price al a carte and the buffet for 12€ for the evening. Just opened to brand new outside bar with music around the pool in the day, and installed a TV today ready for world cup. Great comfy seats and plenty of seats to go around. Greek night is great, but ladies wear a long dress or shorts. Still got a week left and were thoroughly enjoying it. I heard that the summer has reached here early it's 39 in the day this week. Pool is lovely and temperature is great.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, simple accommodation but very clean.

Just had two weeks at the geogia hotel what a fantastic hotel to stay lovely family run place nothing was a problem my wife and I got in late after a delayed flight and we were fed and watered even it was 1am the place is spotless so clean both the rooms and all the public areas too they also have a great menu and the food is amazing sometimes to much on your plate but lovely will definitely be going back next year Thanks nick illios crazy Billy Barbara klio and the kid's vasills and yannis Thanks Kev & lyn.

Family run very nice hotel but not a lot to do in the area a bit of a track to the beach.

Just came back from a week stay at this great apartments-hotel! Ideal, central location on the island of Rhodes… Easy access to everywhere from one end of the island to the other! By car or bus (stop is literaly outside)! We didnt spend much time at the hotel as we were more interested in exploring the island but it definitely ticked the boxes important to us: daily clean rooms and bathroom, good breakfast, hospitable and helpful family running the hotel, close to great beaches, (daily trips by shuttle bus by Billy himself) conveniently close to supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Would highly recommend for families. Even if you just choose to stay at the pool which many others visiting did. You still have a great variety of fresh food to choose from and helpful staff! Mr. Billy and his family are the pillars of all operations! Bravo and Thank you!

August2016 Great family run apartments hosted by crazy Billy who built this place himself. This guy is 73 and works tirelessly to please his guests. Nice clean apartment got to have the extras aircon €7 a day and safe key €10 for the week. Breakfast is good English with breads, salads, fruits, biscuits, cereals, well worth the €6.50 or €40 for the week. Drinks here are, a beer €2.50, soft drinks €2, cocktails€5, packet of walkers though €1.50! A bit pricey a bottle of water here, €1 and in the supermarket 16 cents.

Lovely family owned hotel. Very good value so expect to pay for any extras such as air con and breakfast (although they're is free Wi-Fi! ). Staff very friendly, lovely pool and a small play area for children. Food and drinks also very good and cheap considering there's no near by bar competing for business.

SN wonderful … very clean, welcoming, available throughout fun and very well behaved … only one flaw that nn have tv.

Very nice staff, clean rooms. Nice Pool, free Shuttle to the beach. Negative: Air Conditioning, extra costs 7, — €/ day. Positive: kitchenette in the room.
